For the second year in a row, Tom from LDN Security handled our yearly security system maintenance, and once again, his punctuality and expertise stood out. His helpful and courteous demeanor made the entire process smooth. He efficiently updated and configured my security app on my phone, swiftly troubleshooting any software problems. Exceptional service from Tom.

LDN's team of engineers are always very accommodating and help work through any issues. I have worked with Tom on a number of projects and last week as usual he came up trumps and got all our monitors and cameras back online. I found LDN when I was really struggling to get multiple different companies to fix our intercom. I ended up going back to the maker of the intercom and they suggested LDN, I’m glad they did. LDN and Dan have been great since our first call, they fixed the major failure we had and some other niggles we had in the system. Our relationship has grown since and they now complete the maintenance on our systems and also completed our access control change from a TDSI to Paxton. They are always responsive when we contact them, arrange site visits quickly and can often repair things on the first visit. I have no issue recommending Dan and the LDN team, as I have done across Ark schools where they have been just as useful to the other schools.
