Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They’re hidden charges will get you. I called to get some justification as to the hidden fees and was told I’d get a call back. No call. I will never use this company again. One and done!

Unprofessional and Untrustworthy

I called to order a 40 yard dumpster on a Friday to be delivered the following Tuesday. Terms and price were agreed upon. On Monday evening, Breanna Childers, the Account Manager, calls our office at 6:45 pm (our office closes at 4:30 pm) to tell us the price has gone up and that the dumpster would not be delivered on Tuesday. After multiple attempts to reach the "Account Manager" on Tuesday failed I called the customer service number to get some help. They had the "Account Manager" finally call me. The price was now $100 more than we agreed on Friday and the dumpster is now a 30 yard roll off instead of the 40 yard and can't be delivered until Thursday or Friday. Needless to say I would be very leery when trusting this company to fulfill your needs on time and at a reasonable price.

If I could give a NEGATIVE number I would!

If I could give a NEGATIVE number I would! I wish we would have read all the other negative reviews BEFORE we signed up with LDR. The outgoing message that they have playing in the background while you are on hold says "fast and reliable service". That could not be farther from the truth. It just adds insult to injury as we have been kept on hold for over 20 minutes MANY times as we try to get our dumpster picked up. It has been three weeks since our dumpster was scheduled for pick up. We have been given multiple days and times always after our staff normally leaves so we have had to pay overtime for them to stay and wait for a pick up that never happens. When asked to speak to a manager we are told "they are very busy" and will get back to us with in 48 to 72 hours. 48 to 72 hours?????? How ridiculous is that????? And then they don't even call back at all!!! We have had to keep calling them!!! And they did already charge our credit card before we even got any service..... INCREDIBLE how bad the service is!!!!

Horrible service and lie..First off to…

Horrible service and lie..First off to the wrong job site of someone else They told me. Two days later I get a dumpster with the bottom rusted out. Now it has been a week trying to get a dump and return and was told today that it was done this morning..... lied and now I had to shut down the job also my CC was charged last week

suck at customer service

suck at customer service! we called for pick up two weeks ago and were told they would pick up the unit the next day.... two weeks later I get a bill for "extended use" - all because some jack wagon didn't do his job and get the freaking unit. "sorry Mr. Bower.... we can't issue you a refund." You lost my business and hopefully anyone who reads this review.

Do Not Use This Company

Do Not Use This Company. LDR Site Services lied to get our business up to the minute in which they were supposed to deliver storage containers on construction project site. Said they were at location to drop containers and clearly were not - Superintendent was on site. Containers were never sent. Liars to the last minute. Beware, they require credit card information prior to delivery and their guarantee is a lie.

I've found LDR to be very easy to work…

I've found LDR to be very easy to work with - they delivered the roll off dumpsters that I ordered on time with no problems. Everyone I've spoken with in customer service has been very helpful & friendly. Will definitely use again!

RUNNNNNN AWAY!!!

RUNNNNNN AWAY!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR SITES!!!

After spending 1500$ with this company they refused to take responsibility for damage they cause to our clients property when picking up a dumpster.

After calling them to let them know only 1-2 days after that they have damaged the property they tried to deny their part in this although their is orange markings from where the orange dumpster caused damage.

We were given 5 different and totally nonsensical excuses on how they didn’t cause the damage

With 5 people on site seeing it happen their “Customer Service” manager (Britney) used all of her time and energy to come up with reasons it was not their fault. None of these reasons would make sense to a person who was actually there or has even seen the site

They repeatedly insisted they knew what happened and continued to make false claims of knowing what happened without ever actually going to the site or even listening to what I had to say. Anything I said their was an immediate response to try and use what i said against us although their logic made no sense.

They stated “Oh the dumpster was at least 6’ away from that part of the property that was damaged” Interesting because if it was where they said it was it would have been impossible for a truck to pick up the dumpster and again they don’t have a picture they are just assuming because of an imprint on the driveway??!!!

Instead of listening to me and the five people who saw it happen they continued to say their they believed the company who provided the dumpster over us the client.

Tell me how would a person driving a 30’ long truck know if they backed into something?

The only way they would believe they caused the damage which they clearly caused and lied about reasons they “know” they didn’t cases the damage is if I have VIDEO evidence of them hitting the property.

From the beginning their rep looked for ways not to take responsibility and blame us..RUNNNNNN from this companies low integrity ways of doing business.

BEWARE!

BEWARE!! In my 15 years of owning a business, this is the most sleazy outfit I've dealt with. It's practically criminal they way they find new ways to overcharge. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Pour customer service

Pour customer service, especially the accounting department. I have sent emails in regards overcharged, lack of tracking invoices and NO one has responded.
Will not use service or recommend to anyone.
