I bought the 100$ pack and it didn’t go through and instead of refunding they gave me LD gold so I tried topping up again using the gold it just kept failing I tried to contact customer service and there was a que finally I was 1st in queue then it said queue timed out every time I got to the 1st in line, I won’t use this website again.

My experience was okay at first, but as I kept buying more, it got worse. They want you to self-top up and log in to your account on their streamed device; however, the connection was so poor that it wouldn't load, and the time limit to complete it would time out, and then it would get refunded as a credit or LD Gold, and they recommend you repurchase it again using the credit. However, here is the next most annoying problem: when you try to purchase it again, you get an error saying you've reached your purchase limit. This happens a lot. My last experience was the same thing, and I ended up having to top up somewhere else. But this time around, their customer service just said to wait until the next day or buy something smaller. Even when I tried to buy something I didn't want, it still didn't work, and I told them that. They just said, "Sorry, but this is the only option." So, as a customer, I've spent almost $1000 here, and to be told, "Sorry, there's nothing else" other than the solution that doesn't work is absolutely crap. I'm not sure if the experience is the same for other players, but as a whale, hell no. Don't buy here, because you can't keep topping up, and you get random lock-ups. Lastly, their customer service is garbage, they don't help and just provide excuses not solutions.

I used the website a lot of times before, and it worked great, now it seems that since Hoyo took action, they can't simply send u the gems into ur account directly, therefore they now ask you your logins infos, and even u provide these, they keep saying it doesn't work, ive been trying for days to get it to work, but they simply don't send the crystals i paid for. I wouldn't recommend using it anymore for safety reasons and also very bad customer service.

I placed an order and, after 3 hours of waiting during which they told me to stay in front of my PC because they might need more information from me, they refunded the order by giving me their virtual currency, “LD Gold”.
The only problem? When I tried to purchase the same item again using this currency, I got a message saying that they had imposed restrictions on my ability to use it. Pretty shady, right? In fact, they are not letting me use the very funds that I own. Why? No idea… The customer service gave me constant nonsense excuses about how they “cannot remove this restriction”, even though it clearly comes from their own website and applies to their own currency. I’d say that’s quite suspicious.

So be careful when you buy from this site, you never know what might happen.
