Refunding is impossible. I followed the instructions yet the admin would just ignore and repeat the same line over and over.

BEWARE OF THE BAIT-AND-SWITCH TRAP. LDshop advertises a 15% off coupon to get you to deposit money. I deposited exactly what was needed with the coupon ($50). After they had my real money, they canceled the purchase, claiming the coupon 'couldn't be used.' Instead of refunding my card, they trapped my $50 as non-withdrawable 'LDGold' site credit. To actually buy the item ($52 without the coupon), support told me I must do another minimum top-up of $10. They hold your initial deposit hostage to force you to spend $60 just to get a $52 item. This is a deliberate forced-spending tactic. Avoid at all costs

First it claimed that top-up is available in my country (Czech Republic), then after 4 failed purchases it told me to “choose the right location for the best experience” so i could not proceed to any more orders. After that, none of my orders actually came to me, then they said i will be refunded LD Coins since the top-up didn’t go through (remember about the location? Yeah, so i couldn’t use the coins either) so i asked for refund, for my MONEY back. Additionally i got notice from HOYOVERSE THAT THE TOP-UP IS UNOFFICIAL, so they LIED about their site being in direct cooperation with Hoyoverse and i bet they lie about other games too… Also, customer support suuuuuucks. Anyways, gotta go grind my money at work again :) f you.

Well, for starters, I purchased Welkin Moon, but it got blocked by Hoyoverse. So, I tried it again, but they didn't return. My Philippine peso 231.46 at 2026 03/ 02 and I didn't even receive my money back

I bought a 2500 coin package for Pokemon Go, but the shop hasn't credited it to my account even though I transferred the money. Ten hours have passed and the shop still hasn't resolved the issue. I've been scammed; everyone should be careful.
