The service can be said to have stopped working:
1) You enter your UID (Europe)
2) You make a payment
3) The money is debited
4) The refund is made to your Ldshop account, minus the commission.
5) You try all possible options – nothing works, everything is refunded, but the amount in your Ldshop account decreases – after all, it's still possible to debit a commission for services not rendered.

Other services first check the ability to top up each UID account and only then offer to make a payment.

Recently in Genshin, I encountered an error while purchasing on their website—my Welkin and crystals were not credited to my account. It’s been 14 days and counting, and the refund still hasn’t been processed. The payment has already been deducted, and despite requesting updates, no one from Customer Service has responded to my concern.

the service is genuinely great plus superb customer service. the only thing is the cloud device could use some work it keeps crashing on me whenever i want to access the menus on wuthering waves
so thats the only complain i give

I tried topping up with ld shop for my genshin account. I tried about 10 times but still didnt work so it refunded to my ld gold balance. But im not interested int he ld gold just wanted my money back but theyre not responding in customer service or in their emails. This is a trap guys dont buy it

Purchased a $70 bundle and was immediately told it was unavailable. My purchase was refunded in “LDGold” which I asked for a refund instead. They immediately issued it but told me it would take 3-14 days to receive. This could potentially cause me to lose out on the character I was guaranteed to get with a purchase. First and only time going through LDShop.
