Don't joined VShred

I joined VShred and quickly realized the program is very misleading. The workouts and plans they promote only seem to “work” if you also purchase their supplements, pay for a monthly trainer, or buy their meal plans/cookbooks. Without these extra costs, they claim that you need to buy all of the products or the program is incomplete and ineffective.

I canceled immediately after joining, never received any products, yet they still kept my money. When I contacted customer service, I was told by Ashley that it was “in their bylaws” to keep the payment, regardless of my situation.

In my opinion, this business model is deceptive and unfair to consumers. I would strongly caution others to think twice before signing up.

Very disappointed in Vshed this review…

Very disappointed in Vshed this review is not about their product as such well apart from their long winded ramblings "oh look sheila lost this much weight'' or 'oh look ted lost this' etc etc like most American health/weight loss companies do its soooo boring anyway why I am here is their unfortunate lawsuit...
V Shred LLC is involved in a class action lawsuit that alleges the company disclosed users' personal information to third parties without consent, violating privacy laws.
There it is folks I just feel people should know what they did .. sold your info not cool
