Worsttt customer service

Worsttt customer service, the returns page doesnot even work when you want to return the product and their whatsapp number provided doesn't help all it does is give you a ticket number multiple times and nodoby responds. My dress has been defective too and no response from them. Waste of money.

Shadiest and fraudulent company in India in clothing category

Lea Clothing may look impressive because they were on Shark Tank, but that does not make them reliable at all , one can rate them as the most shadiest clothing company in the India . They are completely unprofessional. There is no customer support number. No one replies to emails. Their chat system is run by bots that raise tickets without a single human stepping in. Their Instagram handler refuses to share their name and keeps repeating the same scripted lines instead of helping.

They keep asking for videos of why the return is not working on their website, but never fix the portal. If the website cannot process returns and the support team cannot reply on email, the entire process is pointless. Glitches can happen, but ignoring customers for a full week is not a glitch. It is negligence.

The product quality was subpar. The dress had loose threads, and the white fabric looked used, as if it had already been worn for a shoot before being packed and shipped. For the price they charge, this standard is unacceptable.

The worst part. If you want a smaller size, they expect you to pay an extra 300 for an exchange. No brand should charge extra to downsize a product that does not fit because of their own sizing issues.

There are many homegrown brands with better quality and solid customer support if you face issues after purchase. You can easily skip this one.

Lea Clothing may look impressive because of their Shark Tank appearance, but the actual customer experience is one of the shadiest I have seen from any clothing brand in India. They are completely unprofessional. There is no customer support number. Emails go unanswered. Their chat system is run entirely by bots that raise tickets with no human involvement. Their Instagram handler refuses to share their name and keeps copy pasting the same lines without offering real help.

They keep asking for videos of why the return is not working on their website, yet the portal never gets fixed. If the website cannot process returns and the support team never replies, the process is meaningless. A week of silence is not a technical glitch. It is negligence and poor management.

The product quality was far below expectations. The dress arrived with loose threads and the white fabric looked worn, as if it had been used for a shoot before being shipped out. For the price they charge, the quality was not even close to acceptable.

The most ridiculous part. If you want a smaller size, they ask you to pay an extra 300. No brand should charge extra to downsize a product that does not fit due to their own inconsistent sizing.

There are many homegrown brands with much better quality and real customer support when something goes wrong. You can easily skip this one.

I have decided not to return the item because the process is impossible to get through. It is money wasted. Please be cautious before purchasing anything from them. Influencer promotions are mostly PR and do not reflect the actual customer experience. If the fit is wrong, you will be stuck with no help. They deducted shipping charges for an exchange request, but the return or exchange never got created. I have screenshots of everything.

Others have reported similar issues. Items picked up but no refunds. Zero accountability. Even reaching out to the CEO on LinkedIn got no response.

Bottom line. The brand looks glamorous online, but the after sales support is one of the weakest I have ever dealt with. Do not buy just because influencers hype it up. It is purely PR stunt!

I have all the screenshots and proofs against them
