Lead Elite LLC Reviews 

I received a great lead opportunity from Lead Elite recently. I contacted the customer on the prescheduled date and time. Unfortunately the seller had just signed a listing contract with another broker so I could not continue to pursue the listing.

I would like to strongly recommend Realtors to sign up with Lead Elite. I work with Aleefa Burki and she has been awesome to work with. She sends over good leads and provides great customer service. She really has a heart for helping her clients get the best leads and follows up to make sure that everything goes well.

Lead elite promised me 24 leads within the 6 month period and delivered only 9 poor quality leads. For the past 2 month they are ghosting my calls and never calling me back. I would advise any real estate agent to stay away from them or you will lose money.

I have found that Lead Elite delivers what they promise. The leads I have received are warm and my dedicated support team at the company has been on the case. They promise white glove service and my experience is that they deliver it.
In this world of “set it and forget it” , Lead Elite stands out with personalized attention and
results oriented service. I would recommend them to other agents.

Lead Elite provides better-quality leads than most services I've tried. Are they perfect? No - you'll still get some misses. But here's what I appreciate: when a lead clearly isn't a fit, their support team actually does something about it. No endless forms or waiting days for a response - they address issues quickly and professionally.

I’ve worked with Aleefa from Lead Elite for 4 1/2 months now. I have to say the first 3 months were disappointing, as I got maybe one lead per month granted I live in a smaller area of California. But after expressing my concerns, I have received several quality leads since the beginning of the year. I appreciate their response and Aleefa’s commitment to replacing leads that were out of my area. 😁

I recently signed up for Lead Elite after searching for lead referral companies that actually provides quality leads, without having to pay monthly fees or a large split on the back end. I've been a Realtor for 17 years and I've tried all of the top real estate websites that offer lead referral programs, and I've tried a lot of the of lesser known companies. I have to say that even though I've only been with lead Elite for about 2 months, I've been able to reach most of the leads sent to me, which is more than I can say for any other lead system I've tried. Aleefa is my account rep and she's very good at communication and a Joy to work with with. I can tell that she's motivated and committed to assisting in making sure the leads turn into closings. Any questions or issues that I've had was addressed immediately. I recently upgraded from the starter package to the premium package to get the most bang for my buck. In comparison to other companies I've tried the ROI with Lead Elite is one of the best I've seen.

-BEWARE: Rick from Lead Elite sends out annoying spam marketing texts, despite my number clearly being on the Federal "Do Not Contact" list
-All of their 5 star reviews are from people with only 1 review, suspicious...
-The address on their website is 5150 Mae Ann Ave Reno, Nevada with no suite #, but it's a random strip mall, suspicious...
UPDATE: they tried to have my review removed for “illegal or harmful content” since they obviously don’t like it, but Trust Pilot quickly rejected their absurd request, BEWARE!

Lead Elite has some potential, but there’s room for improvement. While I’ve received a few decent leads, not all of them have been a good fit for my business. The platform is easy to use, and the support team is helpful, but I expected a bit more in terms of lead quality. Overall, it's a decent option, but I hope to see better results in the future.

Lead Elite has contacted me and offered to give me another 3 months. Since this is my only recourse I will give it a second try and see if they come through this time. I will submit another review based on this.

They Just Didn't Deliver :(

I cautiously decided to work with Lead Elite to handle some lead generation for my real estate business in South Florida. I saw good reviews on Trustpilot and wanted to stir up business while I waited for new transactions to close. I initially spoke via Zoom with Josh/Abdulla, and he convinced me that I would get great leads within 10 days. There was an initial setup fee, but since they charged once I closed a transaction, I figured if it didn't work, we would both lose.

Over the next few months, I received poor lead after poor lead. These people had lied about their names, were difficult to reach, or were just not ready to actually purchase a house. I am so disappointed with the results because it was a great waste of time and money for me.

I gave them two stars because when I wrote extensive notes on each lead, they responded every time with more promises that it would get better. Everyone in the office was pleasant and very quick to respond, but despite their courteous behavior, I still didn't get what I trusted them to do: find me closable leads to generate business.

I had guarded optimism that this company was legit, but I'm sad to report it's a duck. I can't quite tell if Lead Elite is a scam, or simply uninterested in honoring their commitments. I purchased the Realtor Elite subscription, July 3 and have not received a single lead. I did receive contact information for a homeowner that had no interest in selling, so I do not consider that a sales lead. When I expressed my concern, the lead generation team assured me they would work on providing better leads. The only other communication from the company is an email claiming the delay in fulfilling their lead commitment is because of severe weather. However, there has been no severe weather in my area. I've reached out to the company only to receive a patronizing email, from Sundus Burki, much like their responses to the other poor reviews. Jason Coleman and Joshua Burke were quite hands on during the sales and onboarding process, but emails bounce and they no longer answer texts. Realtors are sadly a target of bad actors and these are very good at presenting as legit.

I would not recommend getting involved with Lead Elite. I have been a customer for about 2 months and have received only 4 leads. All were dead ends, they even sent me a listing lead that was already on the MLS! I listened to one of their calls with a potential buyer and the LE agent was horrible. He asked questions with a stale and unappealing voice and never asked the questions they told me they were asking like are you pre-qualified They sent me leads that were no where near my zip codes and most stated they were looking in the 250-300k range. On the emails they sent me they said they only work with 500k and above clients
After signing up I received 2 more texts trying to get my business and one said a 20% referral fee and the other said 15%????
This company truly has no clue how to generate quality leads. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere!!

I received the amount of new leads they promised. The leads had been contacted by Lead Elite first and helped the door be opened for communicate

My past experience with paid leads was a lot quicker conversion rate. I decided to do a 6 month trial with the expectation of receiving well vetted leads in both my markets. I have received 15 to 20 leads and a small fraction of them are in the market to buy, sell, or Invest. Some leads are poorly vetted. I would not consider them leads. I have experience working with other paid lead startups that referred customers ready to buy or sell, which then became clients. My expectations are high I suppose, and my goal is to convert at least one lead of the few that were open to working with a Realtor. Customer service is excellent, but they could improve the qualifying process of their lead referrals. I'm finishing my first term with them and will evaluate the cost efficiency at that point.

Lead Elite is true to their word. One month in and I’m on lead 4. They are 3-6 months out on the buying/ listing timeline- all but one have been responsive. I’m happy with the communication process and would love to see these leads convert to closing clients!

I have received two leads so far at 1 month in & as of now the 1st lead did not respond but the second appears to be a good lead that could turn into listing their current home & helping them find a new home. Appointment has been made and home eval has been scheduled. I have been assured that the previous lead that did not respond will be replaced. I look forward to the future continued partnership with lead elite and I'm excited to see what happens with upcoming leads.
