It’s the first time I have dealt with Leadenhall Estates so it was a little confusing/ complicated for me at times. Annika was on hand to answer queries, arrange viewings and very helpful with sorting out the offer on the property and memorandum for sale. Your assistance is much appreciated!

Great so far, prompt responses when required. No issues thus far.

I was interested in a property that unfortunately is listed with this dreadful Estate Agent. I initially sent an e-mail enquiry and received a response by phone from an abrupt, rude and totally disinterested female staff member who said she would get back to me after speaking to the vendors - she didn't. I rang the next day and spoke to a man who also promised a return call which never materialised. Several days later I made another call and once again I got the aggressive woman. She proceeded to tell me that I could not view the property because I was not in a position to buy (untrue). I explained that whilst I did have a property on the market that was not currently under offer I also owned another mortgage free property that could be mortgaged on a let to buy basis if necessary and had cash reserves. I was again told that I would be called back after speaking to the vendors but guess what ? NOTHING ! There is no way on earth I would ever appoint this agent to sell a property for me. I would give zero stars if I could.

Really rude staff. Had an offer accepted and confirmed in writing but failed to take off the market even though we sent everything in that was asked of us and that was on the email.
Another offer got put in after ours had been accepted and we lost out.
Very very bad experience, first time buyers we had no direction from Matthew and when spoke to him on the phone, spoke over us, argumentative and had a really bad attitude. Not helpful in the slightest, lost out because of his mistakes.
Avoid!

Just had a call to book a viewing for a property in Wiltshire and the person who picked up the call was very very rude. It was as if she did not want to pick up the call at all. I tried my best to organise a viewing but in the end I found the interaction quite unpleasant. I can't imagine having to deal with someone like that during the house buying process

My house was to be sold by Get Sold Now cash buyer company and it was given to
Leadenhall estate agy for the Sale. So far ok ...
The problem with this I have had to do their job
1-to obtain EPC

2-total strangers come and go all the carpet threaders it's way too stressful and risky business since we don't know who they are inviting unwanted crimes .

3- I'm doing est agy job for them without getting paid for it

and they call this process stress free , cash buying ?? This must be a joke .
Also they work in the first name / no full name given no accountability
yet I'm suppose to trust all n sundry as a vulnarable /disable owner occupier seller which puts my household to massive risk since there is no full name several different folk keep coming and going .

Annika was very helpful with arranging viewings and second viewings. She was also very helpful with keeping me in the loop with where I was with offers on buying a property. Couldn't have been better.

Have never spoken to anyone as rude and dismissive as the person i spoke to today. Totally unprofessional.

Anika was the representative that we spoke with from the offset. She was warm and friendly and answered questions in a timely manner.

The extended office opening hours are a bonus and allowed us to make an offer on the property we viewed quickly.

Company have been great from start to finish, always doing everything they can to progress things forward as fast as possible. Main point of contact was a woman named Shelly Hynes, she was brilliant and very helpful. Couldn't recommend enough.

As a first time buyer I wasn't really sure how all this stuff worked. My experience with Leadenhall would put any first time buyer off.
The lack of response is appalling. You ring a generic number and have to leave messages for people to ring you back.

We put an offer in on a house and we're told the offer would be put to the owner and they would get back to me in an hour. The hour passed. So I gave them another hour. As it was approaching 4pm I gave them a call. I left a message, someone would get back to me. This was a Friday, before a bank holiday weekend. So they closed and no one rang me. I did receive a text the next day saying someone would contact me the next working day. They didn't. I had to ring them and leave messages. So finally my offer was accepted then out of nowhere someone came and offered 10 grand over the asking price. As we really wanted the property we beat the offer, they said again they would get back to me after speaking to the owner and other buyer....within a minute there was a call back. My offer was accepted and the other buyer had bowed out. How very strange. Can't contact them but as son as they can get a better deal they're all over you. Needless to say after thinking about it we withdrew our offer. It felt like we had been tricked. It took them 4 days to reply to our withdrawal email. Saying they would go with the other buyer.....but surprise surprise, its still up for sale. Beware this company, full of ignorant tricksters.
