I spent quite a bit of time looking for a removal company for my move from London to Devon. Most of them quoted me ridiculously high prices, so I decided to go with Leader Removals as they offered the same service for a competitive price and were very responsive in all communications before booking the final appointment. I'm really glad I chose them, the service was EXCELLENT. The guys arrived on time with a great attitude, organised and treated all our stuff with care and very efficiently. They drove all the way to Devon and they even arrived 10 minutes earlier than us! So we started unloading as soon as we arrived. The whole move took less time than we expected and it felt great to be working with such a friendly and professional team, there was no stress or problems at all. Would def use them again and would recommend to anyone who's looking for a removal company. :)

Outstanding service - from the initial Whatsapp back and forths with Letty and Press to understand what kind of service we would require, through to the move itself with Ivan and Jordan, Leader Removals were responsive, reassuring, good humoured, efficient and safe. They moved the contents of a heaving one-bed flat in London down to Brighton and, if it hadn't been for solicitor delays, they would have had the job done in 6 hours flat with zero damage to anything, and everything where it needed to be. Incredible.

I was very apprehensive about moving from London to Norwich but I needn't have worried as they did a fantastic job, working efficiently and conscientiously ensuring everything went smoothly and checking in with me as they went to make sure that I was happy with what they were doing. I had great service from Leader Removals when moving from my flat in NW London to a house in Buckinghamshire. The booking process was very easy, and the office team were very understanding and patient when I couldn't confirm my moving date for some time due to issues with my sale. The quote was very competitive compared to other firms, and the price I ultimately paid was in line with the quote. On the day of the move the team did a great job in shifting my stuff, and were all completed by 5pm which I was impressed with. Would definitely recommend and use Leader again.

I would not hesitate in a heartbeat to recommend this company. They were very patient with me and filled the van in record time. Honestly I don't know how they did it and yet still had plenty of space after! They packed everything away neatly, disassembled my bed and cupboards with absolute care for my items. On the other side offloaded my items in the correct areas and then reassemble everything perfectly! The guys were friendly and patient and very knowledgable. Did I mention how patient they were! Their quote was very reasonable much cheaper than others I had received. For the service I obtained I would have expected this to be much more! I am absolutely delighted and will have no hesitation to not only recommend them, but use them in the future!

Despite some complicated circumstances on the day causing a delay, the team that conducted our move were incredible. Dimo and Tony in particular were amazing - two of the strongest, efficient, courteous and most capable gentlemen you'll be likely to meet. Even in the face of difficulty, they remained patient, calm and determined to ensure that our move was completed.

We sought three quotes for the move from the South to the North and they were by far the most reasonable in price so to say that we received value for money is an understatement.

We simply cannot recommend this company highly enough.

The guys were brilliant - friendly and helpful, treated all my possessions with care and respect, disassembled and reassembled my digital piano and divan bed and unscrewed one of my bookshelves from the wall. The price was very reasonable for the service given. Would definitely recommend!

Leaders did a good job for us but their attitude turned cold and unfriendly when they started talking about penalties for late keys at 11.30 in the morning. A call from the office as we were driving to our new home was very stressful. This really blighted our moving experience. A pity as the guys worked really hard. One item broken which they traded for waiting time - which was only 30 mins in the end.

Leader Removals helped us move house last week. The three guys worked incredibly hard and then had to sit around for hours until we got the keys to our new home. They were totally professional the whole day.

Leader Removals we’re fantastic!

In the run up to the move we had issues with our completion date which changed 3 times. It was easy to change dates and everyone I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and set all the right expectations when it came to the likelihood of getting the dates I needed. I was even about to get them to send a bigger van the evening before my move day.

The movers that came on the day (Alex and Jordan) were brilliant. Friendly, quick and efficient, and loaded everything in to the van carefully. No breakages or anything the other end, and they were sure not to over pack the van to be sure of this. Unpacking at our new place only took 90mins.

Super impressive service!! The guys arrived on time, were super friendly and helpful. Honestly, I was worried that - with the amount of things I had to move - that we'd have to do a second trip in the van, but they fit everything in a single van. Furthermore, the place I moved to was on the 3rd floor (with no lift) but they worked quickly and efficiently. All-in-all we were done in 4.5 hours which was, quite frankly, astonishing. Highly recommend them.

The guys were amazing! I can’t rate them high enough. I had the packing service as well as moving service. They had it all packed in 2 and half hours. The guys were lovely and so helpful. I live on the second floor so many companies weren’t interested but these guys had no problem.

If you want a reliable and quick service with a great team then use these guys you won’t regret it!

Everything went flawless from the moment they quoted me, to the moment everything was unloaded in its new place. Can't recommend it highly enough. Very professional, they seem to know how to tackle any scenario, are very well prepared on the day and just generally nice ! Loved the service, the price and the total process. Used Leader Removals on 6/10/21 and was extremely happy with how the move went. One of the removal men telephoned me to say their previous job finished earlier than expected and whether it was convenient to begin my move now (time booked 2pm). So we started at 12pm instead. They transported my belongings from a storage unit to my new address. Care taken with my belongings but it was the swiftness of the job that surprised me. Cost included up to 4 hours work where most others quoted for two. Friendly, professional and polite. Definitely recommend and would use again in the future.
