Signed up for a monthly subscription, then sent several cancellation requests due to closing my business and not needing this tool. Leadfuze keeps trying to bill me, and has now sent me to collections for over $2600. This is just software, come on guys. Do NOT use this company for leads!

The leads here are garbage. That's why they try to get you into an annual contract instead of a monthly contract.
These guys randomly sent my account to collections after 3 years of first cancelling the account.
Been using the LF platform for about 45 days...Thus far, it's been a little of a learning curve to get comfortable with the tool; however, the support team has been responsive in answering all our questions as they come up.
So far, it's a decent platform and I'll be back here to write a more comprehensive review as we become more proficient using the tool.
