Jason and Emily are not full of bullish.t like the rest of the digital marketing so called experts

I’ve used quite a few over the last few years and they have all been shockingly terrible , they make promises that they cannot or are not capable of delivering

I was quite weary when I first to spoken to Jason of lead genera as I’ve had my fingers burned on many occasions, we had quite a few conversations and he categorically assured me the could and would do the job for me

It’s been 3 weeks now and my business has actually started to start moving and I’m making money ✅

Both Jason and Emily are always at hand with any queries I may have and I’m gettin fortnightly reviews and analytics etc ✅

Can’t fault them and would highly recommend them to anyone who is either starting off or have had their fingers burned like me

We have just started our journey working together and so far... FAUTLESS! They have been super friendly, and highly proactive, and everybody in the team has been very knowledgeable and very helpful. We have been working with LeadGenera for around 3 years now.

Edited* Jason logged a complaint with Trust Pilot for a portion of my review which I had to remove. He didn’t report the rest of my review though. He obviously didn’t want people to know he misrepresented himself. Police & Action fraud are now involved.
I have evidence via recordings (I record all meetings, emails & screenshots of all of my discord messages) luckily I took screenshots of the messages as I went along as Jason very quickly deleted me of my own business group on discord.

I was looking for an MA to help with my business
The sales pitch was done by Nicky, the brother of Jason.I was told they never take on clients they can’t help.
I was specific in what I wanted. Which was ideas for my business for Tik Tok Videos.
Nicky also up-sold me an SEO package.
Which I can’t complain about. That they can do very well.

Now to the bad and illegal points.

My agreed contract was

SEO + Fix
I received the SEO but not the fix.

When I was going through the sales call with Nicky he showed me a few things that needed fixing.

They were never fixed.
I had to pay others to fix the issues, incl. speed on the website.

There were so many issues with the website that even after PAID ADS RUNNING I received no orders.
I installed thumbnails which I asked them to do on multiple occasions, they never did.
Turns out the postage was set at £25! but something simple as that wasn’t picked up on. Yet I was spending hundreds on ads when the website wasn’t up to scratch.

Meetings where booked but either not held or late.

It felt the whole time that they were taken the biscuit and just stringing me along. You know the fast talking type. Yes that’s Jason.
He is excellent at being positive & given you reassurance but awful at following through.

Owen, was working on my videos.
I was told Owen is the best, so creative & amazing. Until he was fired for setting up is own company & then he was awful, didn’t have a clue what he was doing & just generally didn’t have anything nice to say.
Did I receive great work. No. But in hindsight, I believe it’s due to the micro managing.
Jason took over my account and was given me all the buzzwords,
I got various discounts, constantly apologised for being in the middle of him firing 2 people.
But he would also use the discount I received as a reason for being busy & forgetful.

I can’t count how often I had to tell him I’m not happy with paying for the contract + paid ads but nothing is happening!
I’m still waiting for the SEO audit, my contract started on the 30.01.

I was told the way to go is paid advertising.
To this date I am still waiting for invoices.
Never received the big ones.
They went way over budget, and what has promoted my review is that even though ads where stopped (again) 2 weeks ago & I sacked them as an agency, I had a payment come out of my account yesterday. Emails requesting a refund have been ignored.
Makes me think my card has been used for someone else’s advertising account.
Why else do I ask for invoices constantly but only ever received 3. Two worth £3.60 and 1 worth £60.
Yet over £700 as been spend on advertising. With no proof.

Ads were a waste of money.
TT was paid for. 3 weeks “learning curve” and then stopped. Then 3 weeks of Facebook “learning curve” and then stopped.

The “strategy” was changed constantly.
Jason was adamant that Meta was the way to go. Even though my desired customer base doesn’t use Meta they use TT.

There also some issue with FB/Insta.3 weeks later it still wasn’t sorted out but yet I was paying for meta ads but only received fb ads.
Well, I can’t say I received anything, never seen the FB or TT ads live, only screenshots from them but no evidence of anything and of course no invoices.

I then had yet another straight forward discussion with Jason, told him exactly what I was promised by Nicky in January, apparently he had no idea and I was oversold everything & he would of never of agreed to any of it as “that’s not what they do”

I received 4 emails with Tik Tok Video ideas & I was told i will receive 3 edited videos a week.
Jon, did the videos, I was not allowed to have meetings with Jon by myself, these had to be micro managed by Jason, which wasted so much time & the frustration just grew more and more as. To be told he doesn’t have time to go through raw footage & the videos have been well, not used!
Everyone got blamed but no accountability from Jason. Apparently he is too busy with 9 staff. When he missed another meeting I had enough & ended the contract with Lead Genera. Due to suspected fraud the police have been informed & court proceedings will be filed for breach of contract.

We have been working with Lead Gen for 6 weeks and they have been superb. They have helped us with our ongoing PPC campaign. Great team of people very supportive and most importantly, get us leads!

We have been working with this company to get a number of things done New site, SEO, PPC. They have all been nothing but amazing with making me understand with the times lines. Very fast and efficiant!

Great team to work with, friendly and professional. A pleasure to work with and I'm really pleased with my new website. I'd use them again and have already recommended to colleagues.

My past experience with marketing companies has been fairly mixed but many seem to overpromise and underdeliver.

It’s refreshing to find a company that follow through on what they say they’ll do. Although still early days it’s been a pleasure working with Jason, Owen & the team from Lead Genera so far and I’ve no doubt that there’s some good times ahead, thanks to their expertise.
