Abhorrent in every way

Abhorrent in every way. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere as they will definitely provide a lack of service, with average candidates and take your money. Contract agreements with them mean nothing, so dont think you have any protection when they fail to provide. NOTE....dont listen to the promises, apologies or offers of help, its all lies. They will ghost you, ignore you and blatantly lie. Adrian, we have now sent you 6 emails the matter is back with the Department of Fair Trading, see you in the local courts in due course.
