It sounded really good when we started. Because we were very excited to get our business off the ground and they promised a lot of things. Yeah it was nothing like what they said. Biggest waste of money ever. No human contact it’ll always be AI that is answering your questions Unless you pay $47 in a subscription and from their book a zoom call with one of their technicians. But the technician doesn’t have any ability to handle complaints. The technician only has the ability to make changes to your go high-level CRM, which is what you paid for. If you don’t know code, you better not purchase go high-level. Furthermore, it’s a sub account which means you can’t make changes to it. As far as their moneyback guarantee is concerned it’s a lie they have it set to wear their you’re absolutely not gonna get the criteria meant to get your money back so you know what I did. I got absolutely every bit of my money back. I contacted my bank and for fear of a chargeback, they refunded my money unfortunately enough time past the purchase price I could not get back. But I did get every one of my $47 payments back. Don’t do it. There are better options out there than this if they would’ve just contacted me in person on the phone I would have a way different disposition but every time I contact them, I got their AI automated response and it absolutely sucks to get that kind of response from them. I hope they’re reading this. I’m not afraid of them at all. They will threaten you with some kind of You signed a disclosure to not talk bad about us. You know what I don’t care. People need to know that that is the worst company ever. I hope this helps. And furthermore, we had to change our card information to get them to stop charging us. I just saw another attempt to charge us and it happened today November 20, 2025. It has been like this nonstop for about a year and a half this just shows you that it truly is AI and AI doesn’t know any better than to continue to charge every month on time. I don’t think there’s any humans there that can stop this so I had to stop it.
