Beautiful specimens, expectedly chosen and packaged

The two plants I ordered were in perfect condition, they looked like they were carefully nurtured, well packaged and hand picked. When I unpacked them I was soo happy. Very happy and I trust this shop to buy all my future plants from; they are the experts!

Super happy with my plant!

Super happy with my plant and plant pot, they're exactly what I wanted. Although the original plant pot I received was cracked during transit, after getting in touch I received excellent customer service from Zorayda who was quick to fix the problem for me and send out a new pot.

Amazing range of plants and customer…

Amazing range of plants and customer service were so helpful when I had questions about which plant would be best for the different areas of my house and the lighting in each room.

I love their approach to education and caring about the plants they sell thriving with their new owners. Would absolutely recommend buying.

I expected better

I expected better. First I spent a lot of money on a plant. The picture on the website looked so lovely. I literally got a plant with four leaves for not far off £100. Rare or not, not as advertised. None the less it was a nice plant, not worth the money but I didn’t want the fight so moved on.
I also subscribed to their monthly plant with pot service. First plant arrived without the pot. I contacted customer service expecting a quick resolution and the missing pot sent. Instead they want pictures of the packaging - no doubt knowing I’d have binned the box. Why would I think to keep a box? After all I have spent with them in one order they must see I’m not doing it to scam them out of a plant pot.

As stated on the product details page and in our policy, due to the rarity of the plant, we cannot guarantee the variegation on the leaves, nor their size. Each plant is unique, and its appearance may vary from the image online. However, we do ensure that the pot size remains consistent with what is advertised. Fantastic care and service...

I Love this company. This is the first time I have ordered plants online. I am so happy I bought my plants from Leaf Envy. My plants arrived on time and in perfect condition. The packaging was great, not just a standard box and clearly packed with care. Inside I found care cards, totally unexpected, these have been well thought about and produced. I will not go anywhere else to buy my indoor plants again.
It was fantastic to receive a personal message, the service is second to none. I will be passing on Leaf Envy to everyone I know.
It has been and will be a pleasure to use Leaf Envy and can't wait to order my next plants.
Had to come back. I ordered a Prayer Plant. At first glance it looked fantastic. Being a Prayer Plant when it arrived being in the dark, the leaves were fully closed. 2 days later my Prayer Plant to open up fully. What a beautiful sight I woke up to this morning. Absolutely beautiful.

Great Customer Care & Service

Had an issue with a plant being delivered damaged due to extremely cold temperatures. Took a few emails to get things sorted but all in all very nice plants and very good customer service from Leaf Envy. Thank you

Stunning Indoor Plants

So happy with all of the plants I've ordered from Leaf Envy - they come packaged really well and are shipped very quickly.

They provide plenty of care info which was really helpful for a plant newbie like me!

Customer service is great too - I had a question about shipping and they got back to me quickly with the answer I needed.

Will definitely be ordering more, would also make the perfect gift for friends and family!

I made mistake of trusting the 5 star…

I made mistake of trusting the 5 star reviews on here before I made a purchase. I wish I could leave zero stars, and I don’t believe the 5 start reviews.

I’ve emailed the company multiple times to raise a complaint/ask for my money back but they’re ignoring me so this is my last resort.

I bought a plant as a house warming gift for a friend. It arrived with only 2 leaves left on it, a broken bamboo stick and most of the earth had come out of the pot.

Rather than being a lovely moment of receiving a nice plant my friend was given the job of repotting the plant and trying to nurse it back to health.

The pot Leaf Envy recommended to go with the gift is the wrong size, far too big, so the whole thing looks ridiculous.

Don’t buy from this company. Maybe they do get it right sometimes, but they haven’t in my case, and they’re ignoring my emails to rectify the situation.

Edit - leaf envy contacted me off this back of this review to offer me a discount on my next purchase. I emailed back to say this was unacceptable and that I want a refund (the plant is now almost dead despite my friend giving it a lot of love).

They’ve ignored my reply. So I’m back to having to use Trust Pilot to get their attention.

Great customer service guys! Give me my money back you fraudsters.

Edit on 19 Feb 2024. Nothing at all back from leaf envy having emailed them. Don’t buy from this company. I’m giving up now. Which I suppose is their ‘customer service’ tactic.

Sent me an unhealthy plant

My experience with this Leaf Envy was highly unsatisfactory. I bought a bird of paradise plant with broadway pot from them through Heka. Upon receiving the plant, I was dismayed to find numerous holes in the leaves and clear signs of disease, giving it an overall unhealthy appearance. Despite reaching out to customer service with my concerns, they were unresponsive, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. Considering the substantial cost of nearly £100 for the plant, I expected a higher level of quality and better customer support. Unfortunately, I won't be making any future purchases from this company.

Misleading gift subscription

The company has a very misleading gift subscription service. My wife bought me a 6 month subscription for my birthday but I had to register my credit card. I questioned this at the time because the subscription had been fully paid. I was given a vague excuse 'that's the way the system works'. However, at the end of the gift subscription Leaf Envy started to bill my credit card, I guess angling to get a paid subscriber via apathy. This is a poor way to run a business. In terms of the plants that I received during the subscription. The plants were good quality, but the pots less so, and I found it very hard to see where the £38 per plant value was. You'd be far better off visiting your local garden centre for plants and advice, and supporting a local business without the cost and impact of shipping a plant potentially 100s of miles.

Amazing!

Amazing! So impressed with my Pothos. I ordered 8 and they all arrived perfectly, so healthy and not a ton of unnecessary packaging.

Would order again and highly recommend :)

Amazing Quality & value!

Ordered two plants and they arrived super quick, the packaging made sure they didn't get damaged at all. I was surprised at the quality of the plants for the price! I expected little baby versions but some of them were huge!

Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Terrible experience with Leaf Envy

Spent the best part of 6 months trying to get my refund back. Took me hours and hours and hours of wasted time, chasing them for the refund only to be told that the return wasn't received by their warehouse.

If it wasn't for my persistence, they would've 100% just banked my money, they were obviously relying on me not chasing it up.

So I provided tracking numbers, proof of signature and the person that took the delivery.

They still sided with their warehouse department, saying I am still at fault and that I should check with the delivery company.

More hours speaking with Parcelforce, more hours spent finding out what I already knew, that the parcel had been returned & signed for by Leaf Envy.

Finally (after only telling them that I'll contact citizens advice for them not releasing my refund), they contacted me to tell me it was THEIR mistake and they had switched warehouses and gave me the wrong delivery address.

Honestly for £30 refund its taken up 6 months, hours and hours of my life. I never thought buying plants would be this hard, I'll stick to the garden centres next time, and I hope other people do the SAME!

Responsive and friendly customer service

Received a shipment of several pots and a lovely philodendron plant. The service was quick and efficient. Unfortunately one of the pots i received had become damaged in transit. I contacted the company and within twelve hours had a lovely friendly reply with a new pot having already been shipped. Fantastic friendly and helpful customer service. The rest of the order was in great condition and the pots are very chic. I will use Leaf envy again.

Great customer service

Plant arrived well packaged and healthy however after about a week my plant started going downhill. I started a dialogue with Z in customer service who regularly checked up my plant and gave me tips on plant care. My plant didn’t improved and so Leaf Envy gave me store credit for the value of this plant, plus 20%. Very happy and looking forward to choosing a new plant.

Broken plants and a smashed pot

Received broken plants, one squashed into a paper bag (!), one with torn leaves and a smashed up pot! So disappointed as was expecting to receive lovely plants beautifully packaged. Customer service very slow to respond. Will revise this review if I do actually get satisfactory replacements but not holding out much hope so far
