Disappointed with the Willow Grande mains gas stove that was supplied and installed by Exeter stoves Sept 2025. The flames are low and very weak, the newly installed chimney liner is very noisy when windy. I have brought these issues to the attention of Exeter stoves, but sadly they have still not addressed the issues.
