Delivery went super well, there was a lovely handwritten note and some stickers. I will definitely order again from Diana!

Plants came in a not so good condition bec of the courier. I emailed Diana and she responded quickly and offered solution to the situation.

The package came in 3 days, wrapped in sustainable paper . It also included a personal note and directions on how to take care of everything. The plants were in an excellent condition as well.All in all very satisfied, definitely buying again 😊

I ordered 5 plants. All of them arrived looking healthy but two of the began looking worse after some days and it might be due the long transportation. The plants were neatly packed and I loved the personal touch of the card and the stickers. I would definitely order robust plants again.

I know that I could have bought cheaper plants elsewhere. But there were few things that kept me around and I’m so happy I did this. First of all I was guided to chose plants that would really suit my conditions and preferences. Second, I appreciate the aesthetics, quality and choice of pots. Last but most important of all, I appreciate the personal touch and connection. Who would I openly ask how not to kill my plants without Diana?

Unfortunately one plant had a „cold bite“ from transport and didn’t look too happy but it was very easy to get in contact and get a refund for that one plant. Otherwise all’s good and will probably order again!

I really love my new work from home desk buddies in the beautiful coloured Warsaw pots. Diana is also super kind, as one of the pots got broken due to transportation so she imediately sent me a new one! The detailed plant care advice is also very helpfull.
