I got scam buying $150 worth of masks from Leafycover

I bought over $150 worth of masks in February and after a month wait I emailed them and asked them why it is taking so long, they told me my mask order is being processed . So i waited. Until last week I asked for refund and have not received a reply. Today I checked their website and everything on google search to find out I got scammed. This is terrible! We need someone to chase them down and get back everyone’s money! That is a complete global scam!

Cheating company

it appeared to sell mask on the Facebook and offered a good price for the purchase. Someone pretended customer service and contacted me for shippment. However after recieveing several mail for tracking they vanished. I wonder there is no complaint system on the Facebook to prevent the trap ..

They got me too

They got me too! Same as everyone else... advertised via Facebook, offered discounts on multiple purchases, fortunately I only ordered one so they got me for $32. I feel lucky that was all I ordered because I was going to order another 3 or 4 for friends. Glad I didn't. Has anyone told Facebook? I'm going to attempt letting them know!

Leafy clover - Scam artists - RIP OFF

The company advertised in Facebook as a provider of coronavirus protecting masks. At the outset I
doubted to place my order, after adding them to cart and left the page. After that, the company kept
on sending e-mails to terminate the purchase. After persistent rebates, I decided to purchase the
product, to protect my self and my family on March 12th. Order total was $68.93. After weeks and weeks of excuses
that the product was in high demand, I decided a week ago to request porder cancellation and
reimbursement , as I had found a similar product being sold locally in Mexico. The company kept on
dodging my request. Several days passed before getting any response from them. They even
insisted that they couldn't locate my order, which sounded the first alarm signal of their lack of
professionalism. After insisting yesterday and the day before, they answered that the product had
been sent out, without any tracking number or any additional information. Trying to locate the seller,
their web page has been retired and no ads of them are to be found in Facebook anymore. I found
that many customers like myself have been ripped off by the purported seller. My advise is to be extra careful and do some research before placing order from those Facebook sellers of products related to the pandemic. Many are taking advantage of fear. Shame on them and what goes around come around. First time being ripped off by a crooked American company. Mexico.

I ordered masks on February 28

I ordered masks on February 28. Just like everyone else I communicated with Leafy Clover on 4 occasions. Each email was responded to within 24 hours, however the message was the same, no refund; masks are forthcoming. Masks arrived yesterday, April 8.

Masks are made of very thin styrofoam and not at all as advertised!

Shame on you Leafy Clover! Buyer beware!

I ordered on 2/26

I ordered on 2/26, I asked for a refund 3/7 when I got no communication. I heard back stating no refunds because the order was being processed. 4/7, still no masks but got an email stating they were being shipped, from China. Contacted BBB and put a complaint in, let’s bash this company!!!

$20 for styrofoam?!?!?!?!

Ordered Mar 2, Received April 5th. - no biggie. I am extremely angry because I ordered a N95 or KN95 mask and that is not what I received. I received something like a strip of thin black styrofoam with NO NIOSH rating- so I did the self test. Spray an aerosol and see how it effects you. Like Covid-19, I used an aerosol- and it made me cough. I did not spray it directly in my face - just in the air and then walked through. Soo not sure how much help it will provide. I guess I can use this $20 mask as a dust blocker when I do yard work. I ordered more directly from a US based manufacturer- wish me luck! I want to live!!

Responsive to my questions

I ordered on 2/24. I haven't received my 2 masks yet (4/8), but they have responded about 4 times when I asked about them. Today, I got an unsolicited email saying they are leaving China and on the way. I'll post again when they arrive. I must say, they've been nice and responsive. I do note that their website is not active. I think they just bit off more than they could chew.

Never received the product. The company has taken our money and vanished. No refunds. Just took advantage of us. Maybe these crooks will catch the virus and we will all get our money back.
