Not Easy to Contact
No plants received and contacting Leafy Tiger for update and refund requests was not easy. Eventually refund promised, so now hoping that this goes smoothly.

The order in question was for Bare Root Roses, and unfortunately, delays due to weather conditions impacted our ability to dispatch the full range. We've been diligent in keeping customers informed about such delays through email marketing. However, the customer was not opted in to receive these updates, making it challenging to communicate the situation effectively. We did originally try to reach out to every customer one by one, however this was not time effective.
The customer attempted to contact us on a Saturday between 9 am and 11 am. Regrettably, our offices are closed over the weekends. Despite the unfortunate timing, we acknowledge that this led to frustration, resulting in the original 1-star review.
Upon noticing the review, I personally reached out to the customer via email promptly. We are committed to rectifying any customer dissatisfaction promptly, and I regret that this situation fell short of our usual standards.
Following our communication on Saturday, it was mutually agreed upon that the customer would receive a refund since they no longer desired the initially ordered roses. The refund process was initiated when I arrived in the office this morning, and while it typically takes a few hours to reflect in the bank account, it's essential to note that individual bank processing times may vary, and it could take up to 5 working days.
We take full accountability for this lapse in communication and appreciate your patience. Our commitment to exceptional customer service remains unwavering, and we are continually working to improve our processes to ensure instances like these are minimised in the future.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
Rather disappointed
The plain wreaths I ordered arrived very quickly & were well packaged. However, the wreaths were quite sparse - nowhere near as full & bushy as the ones I have ordered previously. As a result, I had to buy an additional large wreath the fill out the ones purchased from Leafy Tiger (aka Bells).

Pig and Elephant both top notch
I purchased the Elephant it was so nice

Great quality shrub and and very competitive price
I originally ordered a Viburnum × bodnantense Dawn from another supplier. It was on offer, but after a week they cancelled my order saying there was a quality issue (although it was still available on their website but now at the non-offer price!). I then spotted Leafy Tiger were offering the same shrub at a slightly cheaper price than the original offer price of the other supplier. So I took a chance and ordered it from them. I couldn't have been happier - it was dispatched the next day and arrived the day after that, and it was a lovely healthy specimen. So pleased I took a chance and ordered from you.
