I booked an appointment in the beauty…
I booked an appointment in the beauty salon. I arrived just before time and the door was locked. No one around. I waited in 26 degree heat for 3 minutes and called salon. No answer. Left a message. The owner arrived. When I said she was late and I didn’t think locking up was working she was incredibly rude and aggressive In her manner. I’m shocked at the poor customer service/relations from the owner of a business. Though I have used the salon on a number of occasions - This is definitely the last . My business will be best served elsewhere.
Leah Durrant hacked off my hair!
Been going there for six years. My stylist (a senior stylist) left suddenly and Leah the owner moved my booking to Rebecca. Leah told me Rebecca was a senior stylist. I later found out that Rebecca was a basic stylist with clearly no experience. I was shocked that I had been lied to. Although Rebecca was just trimming an existing style and I showed her a picture of my style and clearly explained my cut she completely completely hacked my hair off! It’s going to take me months to grow it back! Leah didn’t even hang around the salon to check to see I was happy! I walked out wanting to cry at the total mess Rebecca made of my hair! Leah has never bothered calling me to apologise! Leah Durrant does not deserve to have a business. I will never step foot in that place again. I still cannot bear to look at my hair. I’m so upset.
