Scam
Scam. Should’ve seen it. Poor quality rubbish and no response once received. Avoid.

Scam. Should’ve seen it. Poor quality rubbish and no response once received. Avoid.
This company is NOT London based - purchases ship from China.
The dress I ordered was too small and when I enquired how to return I was promised they would send a replacement and I could keep the other one.
A month later there’s no sign of the replacement and emails to the address I used just bounce back.
A waste of money and time.
They are still ignoring me for my money back
It’s absolutely disgusting taking peoples money
How can they sleep at night!
As with everyone else who reviewed this company, I too was scammed. I thought I was buying a good product from a London company, and instead I got a poorly made pair of shoes from China. Don't fall for the same bullshit.
I’ve fallen for this scam too and ordered 2 pairs of Shoes. They are rubbish quality from china and of course the London email address is fake too. I’m so annoyed with myself! Going to contact credit card now
Awful absolutely scam - so annoyed with myself that I fell for it.
Has anyone successfully got their money back?
Like everyone else I fell for this Insta nonsense. The shoes took over two weeks to arrive. They are from China and there is nothing “London” about this store. The shoes are not like the photo. The heel is lower and the quality is poor for £200+ shoes (ha!). They cost a minimum of €20 to return (to China). I will likely give them to charity as I can’t be arsed to send them back, but please do avoid. It’s been an annoying financial mistake to have to swallow. If it seems too good to be true, it usually is.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING !!!!!
It is a total scam, all cheap rubbish from China and nothing to do with the company they make out to be in London.
No labels and the there is NO quality to the clothes or shoes.
Terrible quality scam site, do NOT buy!!!! The site is clearly fake and nothing to do with London at all. The stock took weeks to come from China and is cheap and nasty in quality.
Fake - clearly AI created owners on the website. False 'closing down' sale advertising. Crappy made shoes that were marketed in the hundreds of pounds and slashed to affordable prices.
Cheap looking, no label, looks like something bought off the market. I won't return as it'll probably cost more time, stress and money than the shoes are actually worth. Avoid this company - it's a scam. Delivery time takes forever.
I fell for the same rubbish everyone else on here has. I did search for reviews first but the fact I didn't find any at the time spurred me on. Taken weeks to arrive. One pair of shoes came one at a time. One pair is still missing. One pair is the wrong size. I can't seem to get a response for the returns.
This is not a closing down sale and definitely a scam. Please be aware. Goods not arrived
Scam - avoid! I ordered what was advertised as genuine leather boots from this site, which appeared to be a reputable London-based company. However, the product I received was nothing short of a disappointment - cheap, poorly made plastic boots that bear no resemblance to leather.
The website uses manipulative tactics such as countdown timers and a fabricated backstory about the business “closing down” due to burnout to create false urgency. Weeks later, the same countdown is still running, which clearly indicates ongoing deception.
The operation is misleading and feels like a carefully staged scam run from overseas, designed to mimic a legitimate UK store. I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, consumers deserve to be warned. Unfortunately, there’s no option to give zero stars.
Avoid at all costs.
I wished I had read these reviews before purchasing! It’s a complete scam. Shoes are received but not suit for purpose buckle attachments on the side not finished so can’t close the shoe to my ankle and the other 2 pairs are a patch up of glued and thick bad stitching just unwearable. I have sent numerous emails for refund details and been totally given the silent treatment. Cants even put them on eBay or charity I have never seen anything like it. Just one place for them is the bin. It’s a scam!
Agree with others, it’s a scam which I sadly fell for. It shows an address in London, but without st number, no sign of such shop ever existing in London. Their email responses suggest somewhere in Asia based on email timestamp. I emailed them within a couple of hours from ordering to cancel once I realised it was a scam, and I’ve been told it’s already been shipped, obviously a lot of nonsense. I asked on multiple occasions where this order is coming from and they’ve dodged the question. The order has not yet arrived and I don’t have high hopes for the quality of the stuff when/if it does. Apparently it’s due to be delivered “this week or this Sunday.”
One thing I have to give to them is that they respond to emails relatively quickly and really get into the role of Leah, the shop owner from the non existing London store. But I didn’t go there for nice email exchanges.
A similar add popped up on my Instagram and I reported them both as scam.
Lastly, how is their average rating on trustpikot 2.6 from 4 responses of 1? (Before I posted my review).
Popped up on Instagram, closing down sale. You would think that having the name 'London' in the brand that they would be UK based but shoes took a long time to arrive and came from overseas. When I opened up the parcel, they were completely the wrong size and quality is not particularly good, manufacturing looks quite cheap. Now trying to get a refund and will have to cover the cost of returns which obviously is annoying as goods received did not match what I ordered. Check the returns shipping info on the website:
'Returns must be shipped to China, and the costs start at €20, which are at the customer's expense.'
When I ordered the shoes, there were no Trustpilot reviews at that time but now see that others have experienced similar. Hope this helps anyone considering making a purchase, best avoided.
I would Not order anything from it. Exactly the same sob story as the other Chinese scam fake stores on Instagram and on this website it says you need to return the goods to china and that costs at least €20. It also pretends to be in London but it says its physical address is in the Netherlands.
If it looks too good to be true then it probably is. Who sells £200 shoes for £35 BEWARE
CAUTION.No experience…… but came up on instagram feed and looks decidedly like Chinese scammers using the same MO.
Do your research but wouldn’t go near myself.
