Absolutely atrocious service, the driver asked us to sign for order before got it off the van as he was in a rush, he then checked it over with us, at that point we noticed it was damaged/poor manufacture, the driver said can’t we just glue it? He then took photos to show Lealea, they agreed to exchange it then two days later said as we had signed for it they won’t change it, I even had the manager shouting at me down the phone and implying we damaged it our self’s and we were liar’s,even though it was reported straight away by the driver, we are currently seeking legal advice. Please avoid or don’t sign anything until you have checked every inch.

The wardrobe rail was damaged and both wardrobe doors needed replacing due to defects in the paint but all this was sorted out without quibble and parts replaced within a couple of days. Great follow up and communication from the company.

Excellent service and my item arrived on time . Looks exactly as ordered . Definitely needs two to build up , yet with a little extra time it was built . Definitely buy from LeaLea again . Thank you
