Great insight to Lean Management
I found the Fundamentals of Lean course online and overall had a very positive experience. The materials are well thought through, logically structured, and easy to follow. The content is presented in a way that really makes you stop, think, and take notes rather than just passively listen.
A big plus is that the recordings are from real live sessions prepared for attendees, not an automated voice, which makes the learning feel much more human and engaging. The course is especially valuable for managers or anyone looking to improve operational flow and process thinking.
The only downside for me was the volume of automated emails after enrolling. There were simply too many, which at times gave the impression of being bombarded with communication.
Overall, a solid course with strong content and delivery, just slightly over communicated on the admin side.
