Horrible website

Horrible website. The worst payment page I have ever screen. I got charged but didn’t receive ticket because the conformation page would not load. Then the company said they couldn’t find my email. I have to dispute with my bank because their tech sucks.

Purchased tickets and paid extra 37.85…

Purchased tickets and paid extra 37.85 for refund protection fee. I purchased the ticket as a gift. The person I bought the tickets for had to have surgery. The ticket company is looking for a doctor notes or certification, they do not provide a form to pass HIPAA related data. The medical provider will not just provide a general note. For this the ticket provider will not refund my purchase which I am asking prior to the event happening. On of that there is no phone number to call and then they have automation sending emails. If you buy tickets through this organization verify the refund charge, I do not know why they charge you extra if they are going to make it difficult.

Hello Ticket Event Buyers BEWARE!

Hello Ticket Event Buyers BEWARE!

Leapevent Tech - Fanx does NOT offer refunds on tickets when a celebrity THEY BOOK is not able to attend an event they plan to make boatloads of money off of.

I bought a VIP ticket to meet the amazing Barbara Eden (the genie in "I Dream of Jeannie") who was a MAJOR influence in my life and brought me untold hours of joy and I was advised Ms Eden cannot make the event in Salt Lake due to a scheduling conflict. :-( To add insult to injury, Leap Event won't refund my VIP ticket so I am supposed to eat $315 dollars? What kind of &%$#@ is this? It should be obvious this is immoral and it is axiomatic that a customer should get their money back if the MAIN REASON the ticket was bought was to meet BARBARA EDEN....oh...by the way. I don't give a rat's you know what about their policy...I didn't expect a cancellation but I did have a gut feeling something would go wrong and AS USUAL I was correct. So not only am I going to file an unauthorized charge with my bank I thought I would write an accurate review of this anti-customer service policy. And NO Trust Pilot, I don't need you to tell me how to write a review. Ha. The nerve. I can think and express for myself thanks.

The message is STAY AWAY FROM LEAP EVENT and FaxExpo for "partnering" or whatever the scam is.

I also wrote to Ms Eden's staff that in the future they might go with a vendor who is more honorable but hey who listens to proper advice anyway? :-)

Cheers all!

Bye J.T. Houston, TX
