The application follows a logical path and is easy to navigate. The company's "after sales" or Support services are amazing. Every representative engaged very politely and seemed genuinely interested in improving the user experience, if there were to be a complaint from the customer. Honestly mention something to improve. My experience with MyGrowth has been extremely disappointing. The advertisement clearly states that the program includes live videos, but after purchasing and accessing the platform, there are no live videos available as advertised. This feels very misleading.
Additionally, the company promotes a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied, but there is no visible or accessible option anywhere in the account to request a refund. A guarantee that customers cannot easily access raises serious concerns about transparency.
I joined based on the features that were advertised, and the service provided does not match those claims. If this issue is not resolved and a refund is not honored, I will be pursuing the matter further through my payment provider and consumer protection channels.
I hope the company addresses this issue promptly and improves both their advertising accuracy and refund process for future customers.

This is just about ok. Superficial info packaged with a static cartoon and audio or text. Looks like it’s modelled on some of those language learning apps tbh. I will not bother to renew the subscription, I think there are better resources out there.

Got the free trial. Never gained access to the app - now that I have logged in to see the ‘subscription’ that I allegedly signed up to they said I used a different device to log in and so I won’t see the ‘manage subscription’ section. What a load of rubbish! I only have one device for a start!
Been told to basically prove that I can’t access the manage subscription settings now via screenshots/videos. Do not click on any free trial etc. clearly a scam

Beware if you’re over 65.
I was never able to access the app. However there were very adept at charging my credit card as they’ve charged me 3 times and each time the amount got bigger. I have an email from their support team that says they cancelled my account. But then I got charged again. I hate them. Based on all the positive reviews I suspect they only prey on people over 65. Why else would they need to know your age.
