Ordered two speaker and have not received product. Emailed them and they claim it was delivered. I offered to send them video of the day they claim it was delivered and no response!! Stay away from order.
Appalling Company. Customer service is polite but useless.
I bought a wallet from Learnedout.com. The wallet arrived but was not as described and not what I ordered.
Have been trying for a month to have this replaced or refunded.
The company has offered a minimal cash compensation of about 1/3 of the product value, but refuses point blank, to replace, refund or take back the product. They even went so far as to claim that the cost of returning the item to their supplier in China would be prohibitive and I would be better taking the compensation

I received the parcel without the remote, lights and one sprinkler side missing. I sent an email with photos. The reply I got was nothing was missing and to check your package again. This is a total scam. I will wait 2 days and if I dont hear back I am reporting this to Visa as a scam.
