From initial tender, ideation and rollout of the LMS, the Learning Pool team have been exceptional. The program was complex in its requirements and the team went above and beyond to ensure these were met or offer workable solutions.
I would particularly call out the support of David Nichol who guided us through the LMS from start to finish. David is a real expert in his field but manages to strike the perfect balance when training somewhat novices. Looking forward to seeing the site continue to develop.

The frustration of not being able to log on was soon rectified when I got in touch with them. There was very little delay in getting me logged on and I got on with the course which was clear and easy to understand.

The best support team you could wish for
The best support team I have ever had the pleasure of needing to call. Regardless of who picks up the call, you can be sure your query will be understood (even when you are not able to articulate it properly) and will be resolved, usually immediately. Their people skills are excellent too: they are approachable, patient and courteous, consistently. For me, Learning Pool’s support team sets the bar very high.
