Nice environment and work culture

My experience with Learning Routes has been excellent. The working environment is very positive, and colleagues are very supportive.

The Hr team needs serious revision especially Payal from Hr needs to learn to empathise with employees and their needs i came down with typhoid for a week and all PAYAL cared about was the sandwich leave & unapproved leave not once was i asked how i was doing

It's been only one week from the joining. I found the work culture decent and formal.

I have a great experience working with LR. The team work and environmental is supportive and motivating. Overall it's a good place for growth if seeking jobs in sales.

Training session was productive to be honest as the guidance was from both the end trainer as well as the team and the branch employees everyone was upto the toes to help .

Great Experience with Learning Routes I joined as a Sales Associate and I believe i will do my best in this field, after understanding everything I decided to go ahead with the company, everything was very smooth starting from the first call followed by interview process and finally the onboarding. Training session is also very good.

The work culture is fine but Saturdays should be off.

I’ve only been with the company for a week, so it’s a bit early to give a full review. But so far the experience has been smooth, and I’m looking forward to understanding the work and culture better in the coming weeks.
