they have the most horrible customer service , they do not allow access to the manager , they refuse refunds hence on their presentation they show you someone making a huge profit within munites.
I attended the Learn to Trade Forex - Cape Town Free 2 hour workshop, and paid the deposit on 15th May 2018. The next day 16 May 2018, I requested to cancel, and sent through my cancellation request in writing to them.
They approved it, but it has been over a month, I am still waiting for my refund. I have been emailing them everyday to following up, first it was Esther the Manager said that it would be processed on 6th June 2018, it came and gone, still no refund. I then emailed again everyday, no replied from Esther. I then get an email from Yusuf, the JHB branch floor director said that he would sort it out on the 15th June 2018. I have been writing them emails everyday to follow up on this. Still I get no reply.
Is this how you conduct your business where you don’t honour your client’s wishes? Or you just take people’s money and run?
Please do not trust them, they lied and they don’t honour their words. This company is not to be trusted.
