Joe Zieja's Learn Voice Acting course was a great introduction to voice acting-- not only techniques, but the technical and business aspects of the field as well.

The content was delivered in short videos (under 10 minutes each), which is great for learning in bite-sized chunks, which is great for fitting into a busy schedule.

I cannot sing enough praises for this course! When I say "I'm just starting out", I cannot express just how little (zero) I knew about the VO industry, let alone all the ins and outs of casting websites, gear, the auditioning and demo process, I KNEW NOTHING! After finishing this course, the first thing I'm going to do is go back and do it again... This course made taking the first step in the industry so less scary. Thank you 500 times.

This course is great at demystifying the voice over industry. As a beginning voice actor I found the information super useful and approachable. Definitely worth the money spent.

JZVAA gives you a great foundation to getting into the VO business. The course provides abundant information from establishing a home studio, different genres of VO, and the auditioning process. Glad that you continue to have access to this information forever and not have to pay monthly. Additionally, he provides plenty of resources for you to continue on this journey with personal individuals he has worked with. He really connects with you and empowers you to continue on this path.

A step by step process of a professional voice actor's journey from no experience. The course has info on life advice, time management and skills that will help outside of voice action.

I’ve broken into the voice acting scene about 2 years ago now. I’ve taken course after course, webinar after webinar, any opportunity to sign up & listen to VA lectures, I’ve taken advantage of. Not a SINGLE one has compared to or covered as much knowledge, SOLID guidance & given beneficial tools as Joe Zieja’s Voice Acting Academy. Absolutely credible education, coaches & advice. Joe and his team are very wonderful people who are sincere in helping those unable to find their footing in the voice over world. They are honest and upfront, not selling false hopes or pipe dreams. The cost may seem high to some but when you take into account what they're giving you it's less than what it should be.

JZVAA has been an incredible experience - the amount of information alone is completely worth it, but the community that you become a part of just takes it over the top. Literally every single thing you could possibly need to know about becoming a voice artist is covered in some (or total) capacity through the courses provided...it is that comprehensive. I've been in VO for years, but through this program have been able to increase my shortlists/bookings/overall revenue. What's the cliche saying...it works if you work it? The more you put into absorbing the content, applying the lessons, and really putting in the effort to improve your VO skills, the better the results will be. It's an incredible resource, and even greater community.

Joe's course is both comprehensive and easy to consume. Joe is a phenomenal presenter being concise while also impactful in his lessons. This makes the content feel really easy to learn form and the community is great.

You know whats funny, I had been doing voice acting for several years prior to seeing this course. I knew the basics, I'd watched other videos. Joe makes it obvious that anyone, no matter how experienced, can always learn new things. He's very clearly passionate and knowledgeable about what he does and it shows in this course. Even if you're a seasoned veteran, but especially if you're just starting out, give Joe a shot. It's a great course.
