I had been researching electric cars for days and was becoming more and more overwhelmed with all the different cars, specs, mileage ranges and also the different financing options. I spoke Emily via messenger for well over 2 hours. She was very knowledgeable and helped me to narrow down what car I wanted and also the different leasing options. I recently messaged Leasefetcher following a search on Google for advice on the different options available for Self employed people.
I was lucky enough to share messages with Emily Hanson. I mention Emily by name as I feel that the people who employ her need to be aware (hopefully they are) of what a fabulous asset she is to the business!
Her product knowledge is superb and the fact that she obviously spent time doing a lot more research after our conversation and got in touch with me the following day, shows someone who is dedicated and cares about people and customer service, which is often only paid lip service to by many companies who think they’re good at it.
My advice to those companies would be to see how Emily does it, as it would be a master class!

I used LeaseFetcher to do a bit of research for relatives who are in the market for a new car and it was such a helpful tool. The blog posts go into lots of detail on things I hadn't even considered and helped us understand the benefits of leasing vs various purchase options. The pros, cons and specs of each make and model are very detailed and helped us narrow down which car is best for them. Perhaps a way to compare various makes and models against each other e.g. in a table would make it easier to quickly compare the differences, but otherwise a great resource! Highly recommended.
