From my initial phone call to LeaseLab, write through to taking delivery of my vehicle, my experience was seamless and very well supported. The standard of communication from the LeaseLab team was excellent, particularly from Casey, who was our go to contact throughout the process. The claims team for out of pockets expenses are very responsive and have money back into your account within in a few days. Leaselab were professional and responsive throughout the process, and settlement was handled efficiently. There were some complexities in structuring the lease due to employer salary packaging limits, which required adjustments partway through. Overall, communication was clear, and the vehicle delivery proceeded smoothly.
