Took longer than expected due to my flat originally being a part buy/part rent until I bought it, but certainly not a fault of lease law as it had to be re written.

Truly amazing law firm. The level of fees were unbeatable. Instructed them in a Right to Manage Claim in the 1st Tier Property Tribunal representing 12 leaseholders and more recently in a Transfer of Equity of agricultural land to a limited company. This transaction involved a very tight schedule which was completed well before the deadline. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

I was put in touch with Lease Law at the tail end of a difficult leasehold extension negotiation. This was at the stage where I would have to apply for tribunal proceedings as the negotiations with the freeholder had been protracted and difficult.

I had the good fortune to have Jade handle the case from here on in. Jade was incredibly responsive from the off and throughout, providing helpful, detailed responses to all my questions. I was kept abreast of progress in terms of contract negotiations and the path to completion, which lead to a timely conclusion with the leasehold being extended as I'd hoped.
