Be prepared to jump through hoops.
This was easily one of the worst onboarding experiences I’ve had. The ID verification alone had to be repeated close to 20 times. Each time it failed for reasons that were never clear, which already eats away at your patience faster than it should.
After pushing through all that, I then found out that the initial payment amount shown earlier was too low. That detail only surfaced at the end. By then, I had already wasted almost two full days on the application.
Honestly, this process does not inspire confidence. If onboarding is this frustrating and poorly handled, it makes it very hard to feel comfortable committing to a 60-month leasing agreement.
Please take this seriously and polish your onboarding flow. It’s not just a UX issue, it reflects directly on trust and credibility.

very inflexible concerning age and length of lease despite obvious capability to pay monthly premiums when a fixed income was available. Far too many unnecessary personal personal question were asked. This is quite offensive. On the very positive side, very approachable and responsive
