DO NOT buy. Their items are cheap! I am sorry I did not go tothe reviews b4 I ordered the jacket that looked good onlind but cheap when received. Had not idea it was made in CHina. Fighting for a refund.

It’s been almost 2 months now, that I’m exchanging emails with «  Mona » from Leatherfully cie?!? It’s really a scam! 130$us ! Instead of a raincoat and a pair of shoes, I ve received a pair of slippers orthopedic! Not at all. So cheap that they have broken the first day I wore them! I don’t know what to do anymore after 2 months! Jocelyne St Bruno

Like others I should have read reviews before buying. But the fact it was on the Nordstrom Rack site made it seem legit. IT IS NOT! I bought the same coat others did. I carefully looked at the size chart. It said size down but I didn’t to allow extra roominess. The cost advertised as a 3X MIGHT fit my size 6 daughter-in-law. (She’s visiting next week so we’ll see.) But I had the same run around as others when I tried to return it. ‘It’s what you ordered’ ‘You have to pay return shipping’ ‘We’ll give you 20%off your next order’ all in this chirpy, polite tone. So many of us regret our purchases. I hope we prevent others from doing the same.

I am early stages of trying to return shoes I bought. Two issues: 1) the shoes they sent are not the ones I ordered. Both versions of the shoe appear on the ordering site, but it is unclear which picture goes with each letter. ie which is A, B, C or D? 2) The sizing is way off. I ordered women's 11, shoes have a sticker saying 43 on them, which according to their size chart is a size 12 - 12.5! Nevertheless, I can't even get my size 10 foot all of the way into the shoe. Now they have started dodging return requests - they accused me of ordering the wrong thing, then they said their office was closed on the weekend - my email was sent on THURSDAY.

I am so angry with myself for not checking about this crappy company before making my purchase and I hope people see this review before making the same mistake.

I saw an ad on the Nordstrom page on Facebook. Later I saw the same one on the Lord and Taylor page, and on then HSN page. I don't know how it works, but somehow this fraud company got on these pages.

Anyway, it was for this raincoat. It looked like something I would like, but it said to order a size down. Thinking it was from Nordstrom, a very reliable store, I posted to confirm I would get a prepaid USPS postage label to send the coat back if it didn't fit. The response was in the affirmative.

After waiting a few weeks, the coat finally arrived. It was too small. The promised return label was not in the package, but there was an email address to get the return process started. That's when the BS began. First, they said they sent the size I ordered, so it couldn't be returned. Yes, true, but it didn't fit. Then, they wanted a picture of the damage. There was no damage, the coat didn't fit! Then, I was told it would cost too much to return it. What happened to the free return promised? They offered me 15% credit in the store, which is almost laughable to think I would ever shop there again, or 20% compensation. I took that, only because I thought they would withdraw that offer. Since I didn't trust them, I waited until I had my partial refund before posting this. But, I will be posting this wherever I have the opportunity and I hope it saves others from making the same mistake I did.

Can I give zero stars? I ordered a 3x jacket based on size chart. When it arrived, the bag it was in said 3x, but the jacket inside is marked 2x. It is too small, so even a 3x probably would gave been, too. They are saying that returning it would be too expensive, so to give it to someone and they will give me a 25% discount on my next purchase. I believe I will challenge it via PayPal. Leatherfully us a scam. I imagine they will change their name and ghost me now.

I should have read the reviews before ordering!! DO NOT BUY anything from leatherfully.com It is a SCAM. The coat I purchased was an XL but it might fit someone that wears a Medium. The quality was super poor the buttons do not even lineup correctly. It came direct from China (took about 10 weeks) without any packing information. The only information I found was the mailing label had a price of $24 so why did I pay $59 for this worthless coat. I used Paypal which I am amazed would even allow this site to use them as a pay source. I have contacted then twice about a refund so far no response.. I won't hold my breath.

First they didn't even send an order confirmation. I complained and 2 weeks went by and got and notice of shipping. With a 17net tracking number. Followed the track 25 days and of course it wasn't delivered. Their claim was incomplete address.

Their email to me had all my info correct. Told me that the package had no return track so call Canada Post. Called, input tracking number. NO INFORMATION about this package has been entered into their system. Twice, 3 days apart.

Now to further extend this event they offer to send the order again.

I expect no coat, no refund.

Sizes are not like American sizes. My bad, I should’ve read the reviews first. Lesson learned. I just hope I can help others by saying do not buy from this company.

I got a completely different shoe than I ordered and the sizing was small. When I contacted them, they said it was the lighting. They said I did not qualify for a return or refund. The sizing must run about a half size or better smaller. Customer service was not willing to help me.

Leatherfully sizing is perfect for the Asian market but not for North American so you need to size up accordingly. The XL coat I ordered would fit a medium and I could not do up the buttons. They only want to offer me 20% off the total price on my next order and do not want me to return the item. This is unsatisfactory to me and I am out over sixty dollars and have no coat. It took months to arrive. I will not order again. The coat was super cheap looking like dollar store quality. The style and colour were great so it is a shame. Their online pictures make the items look much better. Their return policy is a joke so don’t even bother.

With this purchase I got more than I expected for the price. I wear an 8.5 narrow shoe and was hoping for a waterproof short top boot to keep my feet dry this winter. I ordered a medium and with the snug expandable top it fits great. Furry inside so no sox needed. I have just ordered the same boot in another color. Grid on the sole grips but is not so deep it picks up everything you walk on.

Buyer beware! I tried and tried to cancel my order and they just kept giving me a run around and then 2 weeks later said " it has shipped", Now I have to wait for the order and return it. Why do I not think I will ever see my money again?

Scam! Should have read the reviews before ordering. Shoes are a knock-off of a quality pair I had purchased earlier from another site. Product came from China, very poor quality, wrong size and refusal to refund the money. Numerous emails requesting information how to return. They finally suggested I “give the shoes to a friend or relative” and they would give me a 15% discount on a future purchase. Total rip-off. Spread the word!

I ordered sandals this summer. The ad said “Clarks limited edition” sandals, which they were not. They were very cheaply made and went in the trash after I received them. I didn’t bother to contact them because I checked reviews (which I should have done before ordering) and customers said they were only offering a small percentage refund and didn’t receive it.
Lesson learned!

Horrible experience! First, the shoes are nothing like described. I emailed them immediately! They told me I had to ship them to China when they were shipped to me from California. They said 8 could get a 10 percent refund or 15 percent a future order. I opted for the 10 percent refund. After 5 weeks of waiting and continuously emailing me with a promise I'll get money in this amount of time and I never received it, I've contacted PayPal in hope they will help. I can not find them on BBB to report them. Son your best bet....do not buy. Buyer beware!

Do not purchase from them. They are a scam. They sent me the wrong sized shoes and are refusing to do anything about it. The product came from China and their service staff has unusual tactics of dismissing my concern ("You would be responsible for paying for the postage all the way back to China, is this worth it to you?"). They answer their emails but are unwilling to budge. On top of that, the product is much inferior than what I was lead to believe from the photos on their website.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My sandals arrived looking like cheap junk, nothing like the pictures the company showed on FB. They will not fully refund my money and offered 10 percent back. They also told me I have to pay the expense of shipping them back to China! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I plan to dispute it on my credit card as they did not deliver the product as represented in their ads!

I purchased the following pair of sandals and when I tried them on, I could not get my feed into them at all. I wear a size 11.5 so these should have fit. I email the company for a return since they do not have a larger size. They have refused to refund my purchase price. Instead, they told me to give them to someone else and they would give me a coupon to buy more shoes. This is rediculous. Do not purchase from this company, because they will not refund you if they do not fit!
