They dont even deserve 1 star they deserve 0 star i have never seen such a company that do3snt care with the come backs of their products i have bought Geneva 3 Seater, the plastic footing cover its cracking i bought it on April 2025 experience the problem in early Feb 2025 their answer was its not covered under warranter i should pay for it to be fixed their head office clearly told me that it has cracked because of the way i seat, my heels have cracks that is why the plastic is cracking
Second seat its peeling they told me its because i have never uswd their leather care that is why its peeling
Yoooo i have never dealt with such company in my entire life

The absolute service ever. We bought a set from them and we weren’t happy with the one recliner and requested an exchange as it had a massive gap between the recliners (you can acutally see through the gap). It’s been over 3 weeks and we are still sitting with the plastic covered couch in my lounge. The excuse is they need to schedule a pick up and exchange delivery. We have also just seen that the screw/bolt on one of the chairs for the other recliner is broken / stripped. So I can only imagine what the wood looks like where the crew/bolt is stripped. I am battling to find any joy out of anyone from Jhb or KZN that can actually assist us. The JHB branch blames the KZN branch and the KZN says JHB knows about the exchange. No one gets back to you not one person actually sends an email or phones back.

I called to order a very expensive leather couch from Pretoria Kolonnade for export to Eswatini. At first the sales guy was very efficient with quick quotes and stock availability but got increasingly pushy and rude on WhatsApp asking "if I am buying the couch or what!?". He confirmed he had the couch in stock at the warehouse for immediate collection so we drove +100km to his branch to make payment so that it was instant. The following day I sent a courier to collect, only to be told a whole lot of stories. First he told me they were waiting for the payment to reflect, then he said the stock was actually not there and had to come from Cape Town. The courier company waited 2 days on promise that it would be released soon, only to waste time and money. Sine then the sales guy is not interested anymore and 5 days later we still have not heard if the stock has arrived. Their procedures are terrible and staff is unprofessional. I would rather get a refund now. I have since found a smaller quaint shop in Kramerville with similar couches with top rated service and efficiency.
