Best Customer Experience Ever
I have two multitools. A Wave and s Skeletool. I love both. I've had the Skeletool for many years, more than 10. The blade snapped last year and the pliers were damaged recently. I was about to throw it out because I have used it almost every day for all that time but thought just incase it might be able to be repaired I sent it off. A week later I received a brand new Skeletool CX. You just don't get that kind of customer service very often these days. I'm going to buy two more for my sons Christmas now.

The Whitby & Co (UK) Ltd (leatherman UK) where amazing and very helpful, recently after 23 years of service my leatherman wave gave in this was my second leatherman I lost the orginal leatherman PST i bought in the early 90's .
The knife had been through some around the world trips and used extensively in some very difficult situations and never once failed me, so when it gave in to say i was guttered was an understatement.
I looked for spare parts and contacted Whitby & Co (UK) Ltd who advised that the knife was still under warranty i advised i had bought it while serving in the military and couldn’t prove that and it had sentimental value the girls who i spoke to went out of their way to help and offered me a new wave plus.
TBH i was truely gobsmacked at this you get these gimmicks and offers and some times are too good to be true but they honoured the knifes 25 year guarantee you cant beat the service and like i said the staff where amazing 10/10 for service 10/10 for the product replacement 10/10 for Whitby & Co (UK) Ltd

A brand new Leatherman Wave to replace my 12 year old, broken one for £7.65!
I broke the blade on my trusty Leatherman Wave, of many years. I was lost without it, I checked the website and found that there is a 25year warranty, so I expected a long drawn out process, but no.
Whitby and co ltd, the UK dealer, asked me to send my old Leatherman to them, by an insured tracked post/courier and that was it; They sent me a brand new replacement Leatherman Wave the following week.
I hoped for a repair, or replacement part, but they sent a whole new tool, all it cost me was the postage. I used Royal Mail Special Delivery, so that it would be tracked and insured for the £120.00 it would cost me the buy a replacement if it were lost.
So all in all a brand new Leatherman Wave to replace my 12 year old, broken one for £7.65!
Just avoid This firm , buy your tools elsewhere !
Received a damaged Utility tool , company refused to initially collect for an exchange then a collection request was ignored leading to legal action. Like the previous reviewer (Whitby and co ltd) they seem to Completely ignore requests when suits.
They also seem a little aggressive and arrogant in their communications since - and what company these days do not offer courier collections? Strange setup .. avoid them or you may end up having to take legal action like me

there tools advertised are alot smaller in person than shown online be warned. over priced tools in my opinion. you can go to local hardware shops and pick up the same quality items for half the price.
great service and products
I bought a Leatherman multi tool 300 around 3 years ago and the screwdriver unfortunately broke when used. I put it back in the draw and left it there. I then realised it had 25 year warranty and I sent it back as guided via there website and received a brand new item in the post with a holder really pleased with the trouble free service. I have bought another item from them with no issues at all. Overall good strong quality.
How customer service should be!!
After having a nightmare trying to get a replacement from outdoorgb (worst customer service imaginable) just under a month and still not sorted. i went direct to leatherman and after a few minutes on the phone i have a pre paid postage label and a brand new replacement coming soon!! Couldn't recommend them enough. Just steer clear of outdoorgb and their dodgy products, 2 faulty leathermans in a row from them. Yet all my other leathermans bought from elsewhere have been faultless! Something seems fishy?
