Slecht geïnformeerd

Op zoek naar een mooie dochter voor mij dochter die naar de middelbare school ging. De medewerker vroeg waar we op zoek naar waren, leek gemeend geïnteresseerd. Ze wist dat mijn dochter veel moest fietsen en dat het waterdicht moest zijn. Helaas heeft ze ons een rugzak aangeraden die dat dus niet was, het gevolg: na de eerste regendag al haar boeken doorweekt. Ik ben enorm teleurgesteld. Niet alleen vanwege de service, maar ook dat ze veel duurder zijn dan wanneer je de tas online koopt.

Service met een hoofdletter!

Mooie lederen handschoenen gekocht voor mijn vrouw, na een jaar begon het leer te bobbelen.
De handschoenen opgestuurd om te laten zien en direct kregen we het antwoord dat ze worden vervangen voor nieuwe. Wat een service!
Vriendelijk, professioneel en klantgericht. Het bestaat dus, nog zulke topzaken! We komen graag terug

Wat een topzaak

Wat een topzaak! Vriendelijk, behulpzaam, service en klanttevredenheid hoog in het vaandel. Je verwacht het tegenwoordig niet meer maar ze zijn er nog! Mijn stormparaplu, gekocht bij een andere zaak, werd direct omgeruild voor een nieuwe en zij handelen alles af. Met een glimlach.
