The corset is in high demand right now…

The corset is in high demand right now which may cause some shipping delays or longer processing time, but the EXCELLENT customer service made up for this! I haven’t received my order yet but they made sure to communicate with me and refund me for the shipping cost because I originally paid for fast shipping! Looking forward to getting my top and reviewing it . I’ve heard their items are high quality !

This was Order Never Arrived – No Accountability!one of the worst online…

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order with Leau, and not only did they never ship it, but they also refused to take any responsibility. I contacted their customer service multiple times and got nothing but vague or dismissive responses.

It’s completely unacceptable to take someone’s money and deliver nothing in return. The lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company – save your time, money, and energy for a brand that actually respects its customers.

Leau is great! They were so attentive when I reached out to customer service (Olivia) regarding my refund that hadn’t been processed yet. I missed to see on the site that refunds can take 7-10 business days. I know this is usually standard, but it had been day 5 and I was curious. When I emailed customer support they got back to me right away and said that my refund had been issued. I also ordered a muse mesh corset in black and it is the best quality product I have ever ordered from anywhere. I love a classic corset and all my others are going in the trash. The quality of this one is SUPERIOR to all and I will be ordering the rest of their colors!

Obsessed with Leau!

I ordered the Saltaire lace dress in XS, S, and M to compare sizing since I’m on the shorter side, and the XS fit best. It was flattering, comfortable, and just the right length. Returning the other sizes was totally easy and I was quickly refunded in 5 days even tho the website says 7-10. no hassle at all. Huge shoutout to Olivia from customer service. she was so kind and helpful throughout the process!

I’m already obsessed with this brand and just placed a pre-order for the new muse corset collection. can’t wait to wear them all summer. If you’re thinking about ordering, you won’t regret it…..

great quality!

beyond impressed with the quality of this black satin sphynx corset. The boning is strong and provides amazing structure and support without being uncomfortable. It really holds everything in and gives a beautiful silhouette. What stood out the most, is the zipper. it’s incredibly well made! Unlike other brands that use flimsy, tiny zippers that are hard to zip up, this one is sturdy and smooth, making it easy to get on and off. You can tell the design and craft is a step above anything else. Definitely a five-star piece. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Dress & Easy Return Process!

I ordered the Rosette mini dress in white in both a small and a medium to see which would fit best, for my rehearsal dinner/ cocktail hours and I’m so glad I did. I ended up going with the small. the fabric is a super soft knit with great stretch, so it hugged in all the right places without being too tight. The back is a lace-up up detail similar to a corset which makes the fit totally customizable. The medium would’ve been a little too loose, especially with the stretch in the fabric.

Returning the medium was super easy and smooth. I just sent it back using the same reusable bag with the packing slip, and I was credited within seven business days. just like their website says!!!! within, 7 to 10 business days. Overall, I’m thrilled with the dress and the whole shopping experience. Highly recommend and plan to order for my next event.

I am obsessed with this Sancia corset…

I am obsessed with this Sancia corset midi dress in black! It’s the definition of elegance meeting structure. The fabric has NO stretch, so keep that in mind when choosing your size…but that’s exactly what makes it so flattering. It’s a lace up corset back. Once it’s laced up in the back, it truly snatches you in and sculpts your shape beautifully. The fit is incredibly form fitting without being uncomfortable, and the corset detail in the back adds such a gorgeous, feminine touch. I felt so confident wearing this perfect for a night out or any special occasion. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something chic, structured, and seriously stunning. I think i’ll try a classic muse mesh corset next.

LBD!!! best around.

I recently purchased the Estelle Sleeveless Mini Dress in Black and I’m genuinely obsessed! The quality is absolutely outstanding….the fabric feels high-end, the shape is flawless, and the fit is perfection. I saw something similar on amazon and ordered it….hated it. I was shopping in Saks and saw another similar dress. I needed this for a day- to - night all day event. I was scramming. I couldn’t stand the length one at Saks. Finally….It pops up on my instagram account. I read how the founder and company were LOCAL to LA…..So i figured, why not order it. And, I DID. This order took 5 days. I tore it open in excitement. Tried it on. It hugs in all the right places without feeling too tight, and it moves beautifully….I can sit, stand, dance. Perfect for brunch & the office. Even a date night or a cocktail event. This dress is a staple.It is going to transition effortlessly between occasions and always makes me feel confident and put together. If you’re looking for that perfect little black dress LBD!!!!! that does it all, the Estelle is it. Total wardrobe staple! And everyone needs a classy, LBD.

LEAU is it for me

I rarely leave reviews, but this company truly deserves all FIVE stars! I ordered a corset and was blown away by the quality — the materials are sturdy, beautifully stitched, and incredibly flattering. You can really tell they put care and craftsmanship into each piece. I ordered the muse corset in chocolate. size Medium. This is a wonderful, breathable piece.

Shipping was surprisingly fast! I received my order much sooner than expected, which was such a nice bonus.

Customer service was also outstanding — friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful with sizing questions before I ordered.

If you’re on the fence, just go for it. The combination of quality, fast shipping, and exceptional service is hard to beat. I’ll definitely be ordering again! I can’t wait for the new colors of the mesh muse corset.

5/5…if there was 6 i’d give it that.

I’m so happy I discovered this amazing company based out of LA! This is my SECOND time ordering from them. I ordered one of their corsets and was immediately impressed by the superior quality…. the fabric is strong, the boning is supportive, and the design is absolutely stunning. You can feel the longevity in every detail.

Shipping was incredibly fast, which is always a pleasant surprise. I placed my order and it was at my doorstep in 4 days….no time! On top of that, their customer service team is kind, attentive, and quick to respond — they really go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. I had questions about the sizing of their ramona dress.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers both excellent products and excellent service these days with fast fashion so prevalent.

I HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for beautifully made corsets, or a special occasion dress….and don’t forget a smooth shopping experience!

SCAM - save yourself!

Wow I can't believe I got scammed by this company! Like others, I used the 'welcome' discount code and have now been advised that I am not eligible for a refund, only store credit! This is a total scam. Dress was also very poor quality.

Avoid LEAU!!!!!

Update: the CEO of the company did ultimately provide me with a refund after I'd sent the dress back at my own expense. However, I have also since found the Celine dress that I had purchased listed on Shein for 15% of the price. I am truly shocked and disgusted by this kind of sales practice by LEAU. It's the 'Silquee' dress on Shein and the photos for the listing on the LEAU website are exactly the same.

Terrible Experience – Delayed Shipping, No Communication, and Still No Refund

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I ordered the Celine gown, which shipped weeks after the estimated delivery date and ultimately arrived after my event. Prior to shipping, I contacted customer service to cancel the order since it was clear the item would not arrive in time. Until that point, they had been responsive about the shipping delay—but once I requested a cancellation, they stopped replying entirely and shipped the item anyway.

I didn’t even open the package and returned it within their required 14-day window. They received the return on April 7th. Today is May 8th, and I still have not received my refund. Their website states refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving a return, yet I’ve heard nothing. I followed up multiple times—initially I was told my refund was “processing,” but now I’m being completely ignored.

This company has shown poor communication, failed to honor its own policies, and mishandled a simple return. I would not recommend ordering from them.

$300 Gone… Once they have your money they don’t care

I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but my experience with this brand has been so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it. Despite customer service responding quickly, they refused to help me exchange the dress I ordered for a different size. As a result, I’m now stuck with a $300 dress that I’ve owned for only a few hours, that still has its original tags, and that I’ll never be able to wear.

The dress arrived with a ribbon woven through it, accompanied by a message not to remove it until after trying it on. Unfortunately, the ribbon made it extremely difficult to put the dress on properly. Still, I followed their instructions as closely as possible and reached out to customer service just five minutes after realizing it didn’t fit. I explained the situation, noted that all the original tags were still intact and that I had kept the ribbon, even though I had to remove it momentarily to try the dress on fully.

I wasn’t asking for a refund — only an exchange — and even offered to wait until they received and fully inspected the dress before approving the size swap. But they flatly refused to work with me. Their rigid policy left no room for basic customer care or flexibility.

What’s even more frustrating is that they publicly respond to negative reviews claiming their return policies are “clearly stated” and “fully transparent.” But transparency doesn’t justify policies that are this unforgiving — especially when a customer is clearly making a good faith effort. I’ve never encountered a reputable brand that refuses an exchange simply because a ribbon — not even a sewn-in tag — was removed for a proper fitting.

With so many other customers voicing similar complaints, you’d expect the company to take a hard look at how its policies are affecting the customer experience. Sadly, that doesn’t seem to be the case.

To clarify, our return policy requires that the return ribbon remains fully attached for an item to be eligible for return or exchange. This ribbon is an essential part of our quality control process, designed to ensure that all returns are received in their original, unworn condition. This requirement is clearly stated on our website and printed directly on the ribbon & hang tags itself with a notice not to remove it unless you're absolutely satisfied with the fit.

While we would love to grant exceptions when possible, once the ribbon is cut or removed, we can no longer verify the condition of the garment. This policy is in place to protect all of our customers and maintain the integrity of our pieces.

Nightmare of customer service

I contacted them to send me a return label since one of my orders was returned from USPS. However, I’ve been getting the run around from Olivia. I ordered 3 dresses and wanted to return 2. The return label fell off one of the orders and was returned back to me. I just wanted the return label so I can get my money back. This is a shame because I really liked the dress that’s why I chose to stick with one.

Olivia responded but failed to make any attempts to resolve the matter. I reported them to the BBB. We should all get together to file a class suit action against them because this is unacceptable.

DECEPTIVE Policies, TERRIBLE Customer Service – AVOID This Brand

I STRONGLY advise against purchasing from this brand. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing!

I placed a pre-order with the understanding that the item would ship by a clearly stated date. That date came and went (2 weeks later), with no communication from the brand about delays. When I reached out, I was given vague excuses about customs and tariffs — but the product page still showed the original ship date even weeks after. So no, they were not "updating customers" as they claimed.

To make matters worse, they refused to offer a refund because I used a small discount code — something that was never clearly communicated would void my right to a refund. It feels like a deliberate loophole in their policy to trap customers into store credit, not to mention how buried and hard to find the return policy is. It’s SCAM practice at best!

Customer service was cold, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility or offer any real solution. It’s clear this brand is more concerned with protecting itself than treating its customers fairly.

Do yourself a favor: DO NOT ORDER from here. Look at the other negative reviews — my experience was not unique.

The return policy is misleading

The return policy is misleading, failing to clearly state that using a welcome discount code nullifies refund eligibility. Customer service was appalling—unwilling to help a first-time customer with a one-time exception or by simply charging the full amount to allow for a refund. Quality of items received is poor. Due to this shockingly poor treatment, I would never recommend LEAU to anyone and will avoid purchasing from them in the future.
