I don’t even want to give them 1 star but have to to record a review.
I ordered a suit it came after several weeks and was stiched so horribly i had to return, They said i can not get a refund instead i can get a voucher so purchase another suit. I have purchased one after another 3 because they don’t have it in stock. I have been at this cat an mouse game for several mon now and haven’t got a suit or my money back and no reply.

This company put me off so much! I would never ever order from and asian clothes website apart from Janan. Biggest mistake i made!

Can anyone tell me how i can get my money back please?

Tried to give them a benefit of doubt, first outfit I ordered had guaranteed delivery before Eid: yet was dispatched 2 days before Eid and arrived the day before and I still had to attach the sleeve. Plus I feel it wouldn’t have arrived if I didn’t complain. 2nd outfit was a copy, the original’s trouser look nothing like what I received and the suit had burn marks where they tried to cut out flowers- messy. Feel like an idiot should’ve believe the reviews.I am unsure now if my first suit was even an original.

fake a** scammers waiting 5 weeks no clothes, cant get through to them had to go through paypal just to ask them about my clothes kept claiming its says in their website tht it take 3/5 weeks to stitch 😳and delivery but its all horse sh it , anyway got my money back thanks to paypal . notice the pop up tht people r buying clothes r the same repeat fake people making it look like the shop is very busy selling clothes lol

Do not trust them , very poor quality , I dont think its original .
They don't return money and force a Credit Note.
Never trust this site , I lost a lot of money . They dont reply to emails

I ordered two dresses and was genuinely impressed when I received them. Both the quality and stitching was excellent.

I’m about to report the company to trading standards exposing them for taking money from vulnerable customers and misrepresenting goods. I had the same experience and remained civil, they misrepresented an item and forced a credit note, which is illegal under the Consumers Right Act 2015, 'goods supplied must match any description given, or any models or samples shown at the time of purchase.' I suggest you all do the same. For me it’s not about the money but exposing such companies and making others aware. Good luck everyone.

Pathetic service last time I bought from there the dresses seemed knockoff and this time I was trying to order directly from Maria B a jewelry set and placed an order through not sure how and it’s been over 5 weeks the worst part is they won’t reply to my mails I will file a formal complaint through ombudsman this time!

CON ARTISTS! AVOID! Even a one star is too generous for this despicable company! Ordered an outfit for a wedding only to recieve a very bad and fake copy. The outfit colours were different and parts were damaged. Contacted them asap. I demanded my money back as I had to go out and buy another outfit last minute. They refused saying they only issue credit note. After threatening them to take them to trading standards/bank they agreed and asked for the outfit to be returned. After they recieved it they didn't bother refunding me. Customer service is terrible! Trying to speak to them on the phone or by text is a waste of time as they just don't care. Lost out on £250!!

There is no mention on shipping on individual items and when emailed a number of times they don’t reply or get back in contact. Communication and customer service is really poor.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered an outfit over 2 months ago. Wedding is this weekend the item has still not arrived. I have contacted them multiple times either no response or a delayed response. Yhey said they would give me a refund but since have ignored my emails. I am now without an outfit and no funds to purchase another.

Received my order in 2 days. It’s beautiful! The dress is the perfect size and the stitching is lovely. I can’t wait to wear it

I have received my dresses they are beautiful. The Maria B saree is so beautiful it’s better than the photos. The maria b gharara is really nice and the fitting for the kameez is perfect. The only thing is the kameez is a little long for me but that’s normal with ready made dresses as I’m slim so they always look longer on me! I love the dresses a lot. Will definitely order in future from LebaasOnline

I ordered my nikah dress from here, opted for express delivery and they told me they are sending the items separately. It’s now 1 week until my nikah and my dupatta still hasn’t arrived.

I have sent them consistent messages on WhatsApp and their replies and vague and never answer my questions directly.

Save your money and DO NOT buy from this website!!!!!!!

AVOID USING THIS FAKE COMPANY. The most disgusting service I have ever experienced. Firstly, they missed half of my order out only shipping part of it, secondly when I asked for a refund due to the error on their side I didn’t receive one. I still have not received a refund of £300. This company has took my money and is now ignoring my messages. This has now been taken further by my bank and hopefully soon to be solved. I hope this company is shut down for the stress and anxiety they cause to customers.

I would advise people to avoid this company at all costs. The suit that I ordered was poor quality even though it looked great online. I ordered a size small and it wasn't even close to that. There was no overlocking inside and there were bits of fabric just hanging in strange places on the inside. When I requested a return it took me four weeks to get a refund of over £200. Poor customer service and no one to speak to when you have a problem. Keeping that amount of money from a customer is simply unacceptable. Cowboy business!

I ordered a Saira shakira crimson collection outfit and have finally received it after placing the order 3 months ago. It is HUGE! It is definitely not stitched in a size small, it is more like XL. It is such a shame as I have been waiting patiently to receive an outfit that can fit 3 of me inside. If there is the slightest chance they will let me return this would be good… but I think it will be impossible :(. Would not order again from this website. Next time check the stitching sizing before you ship it out. It would save your customers a lot of time and money!

I will give this company credit for its fast service as the lady dispatched next day and arrived within two days of ordering. However I paid 200 pounds plus delivery for a size small, suit which was not at all a size small and ended up paying more to get it altered. It was double my waist. Although the embellishments were like the picture, the beading was loose when the dress arrived, and rhinestones were missing. Stitching is not the best so you are better off buying unstitched suits. Disappointed given the price I paid did not expect such quality. On top of this the lady does not respond to complaints, highly unprofessional will not be trusting this site again.

I ordered 3 Elan outfits from this company and they don't even come CLOSE to what is on the picture. The order came in ripped bags, and the best way I can describe the shipment is a bunch of rags. Definitely not original. Learn from my big mistake and don't get scammed.
