I am writing about Lebara's promotion with Beer52. If I was reviewing Lebara I would give it 5*, but I've give 1* because of Beer52. I took advantage of the beer offer but now I feel trapped into a subscription I had no idea I was signing up for. I've been to Beer52's website to cancel my unwanted subscription - I was told I could cancel 24 hours after I signed up but when I tried to it said call us Monday - Friday. There is something really fishy going on and the Beer52 is not a good relationship for Lebara.

Nitesh was very helpful and solved my data roaming issue immediately. I was able to call Lebara on WiFi from Jersey as I discovered unexpectedly that it is not covered for roaming. He added a complimentary 8day roaming package for me - as I am only here for 2 days and did not want a surprise charge. Well done Lebara!

Not sure what I’m doing wrong but I must be doing something because I have been unable to get anywhere with my enquiries. So I referred two people to Lebara and I was encouraged to claim some earn and reward thing. I did as instructed on the site, the two sims went live and I got a notification that I had received two amounts of £15, one for each new sim. I’ve been unable to find any trace of the rewards, I’ve done the chat bot thing, I’ve done the live chat thing and I get referred back to the Lebara website and the whole process begins again ! I am beginning to wonder if this rewards thing really exists? Not an experience I would recommend, just in case anyone was interested in trying it. Shame because I’ve been with them with phones for years with never a problem. Am I writing in a foreign language? Which part of I’m unhappy did Lebara not understand. Having been asked by Lebara for more detailed information please see below.

Thank you for your interest and reply in the matter of the Refer & Earn rewards scheme review I left on Trustpilot. I note that the flippant response I received on Trustpilot has now been removed though the personal email address you provided to me was rejected at every turn !
What can I tell you that I’ve not already laid out in the above review ! Very little would be my immediate response.
I can reiterate that in the process of referring two friends to Lebara I was asked if I would like to “Refer & Earn” and that at some point in the process I received an email or was it a text ! I don’t remember now. Anyway that contact informed me that I had received two amounts of £15 in regards to the refer and earn scheme.
What I have been unable to do, since then, is actually locate any information regarding where I access or indeed how I use that £30.00 ? I did attempt to locate details within either of my Lebara accounts to no avail, I assumed I was trying to access the information incorrectly and decided to seek help via the Lebara help site. After a less than helpful session with a BOT who put me onto a ‘customer care’ person that person referred me to your main website and promptly disappeared from my screen! This resulted in the whole process beginning again, hence my original review which appears to have been completely misunderstood, or perhaps your original response was a joke? So I have dropped my star rating to just one and added a further line or two here expressing my disappointment.
Now it could be that I am incapable of understanding how I access the rewards system or maybe it’s just not that clear and precise enough for customers?
Anyway I thank you for your patience and time and wish you a pleasant weekend or what remains of it.
