Not good
bought a LEC under counter freezer 5 years ago.. looks as new BUT it has now stopped working, when I rang customer service they almost couldn't be bothered as it was out of warranty, an engineer call out would cost me £155.00 !!! I can buy a new one for nearly this amount, What a waste.. Not happy

I bought a lec fridge freezer. I was defrosting the freezer this morning and it's a not good. The water out of the freezer went all over my floor. No where to catch the water

Won't replace too cold fridge
Bought a new fridge freezer. Fridge below 0 degrees C so all foods and medicines becoming frozen and spoiled.
Called to report fault, engineer visited who failed to repair. Reported this and told to wait, as can take time to reach right temperature. Called again when still too cold, Lec initially agreed to replace, then changed minds and wish to send another engineer. This engineer not available until two weeks.
Supplier won't replace unless LEC agree machine unserviceable.
Food and medicines continue to be spoiled.

A nice under worktop fridge except for one thing.Part of the roof freezes as well as the back,then drips down on to the shelves during the automatic defrosting process.

!!! WARNING - DO NOT BUY LEC PRODUCTS !!!
We bought a fridge freezer from LEC via AO.com back in 2020. That one was faulty so they supplied another one, same model. That one also was faulty. We logged another ticket with them and they eventually arranged for it to be checked. A fault was diagnosed and replacement parts were ordered. A technician turned up today to fit the parts and where the F/F was sort of working before, it's completely banjaxed now. Freezer at 0 deg so food is defrosting. Fridge at 8 deg so danger of food going off. Rang them up again and they said they would call back. No call back. Absolutely appalling service - could not be worse - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. DO NOT BUY LEC PRODUCTS.

I'm very happy with my LEC freezer…
I'm very happy with my LEC freezer which was a replacement freezer organised by AO.
Its blue temperature light always lets me know the freezer is set at the riggt temperature. Comes with basket as well. Love it. Customer service is also very good, polite and efficient. Highly recommend.

This appliance is precisely what we expected based upon the product information and the reviews. It is neat and the two features we particularly wanted - an internal light and a lid which would remain open whilst accessing the contents of the freezer - are proving really useful.

Freezer arrived on time and in perfect condition. Delivery driver put the freezer where I wanted it and removed all packaging. It is ideal for my purposes and a reasonable price.

Compact, neat & tidy chest freezer at a good price.
I only had the chest freezer for a couple of weeks & at present all is fine & does the job it was purchased for. The freezer is large enough but compact & is situated in my garage, which hopefully will prolong it's life as it won't have to work as hard keeping things cool, compared to being in a house.

Great fridge
Great fridge for the price... proper enclosed freezer unit for my caravan... actually holds a bag of ice and other frozen items instead of trying to cram it all in.
