Amazing customers service! Our bumper bar got broken and they have offered to send the new one the same day! I was very grateful. Plus we love our influencer stroller.

I instantly fell in love with the Influencer stroller when I saw it. This stroller is so easy to use with one hand, be it folding/unfolding or loading/unloading in/from the car. It can all be done with one hand. Not to mention how much less space it takes in the car. Friends and family are surprised how small it is. The stroller is so easy to manoeuvre, because it's so light.

I'm in love with it. I definately recommend this stroller. Especially for city life and single parents. Leclerc Baby delivers what they promise: making parenting easier! They have a great customer service, on instagram they even reply on weekends and in the night.

Pros-
- Stroller is easy to fold and put into the car.
- Bassinet is larger than most brands.

Cons
- cannot adjust handlebar which was not made clear to me at the point of purchase
- biggest con is that every tiny little bump the stroller gets stuck and my baby goes flying. Several times got stuck while exiting a crosswalk for a less than 1cm raise and was almost run over.

Your delivery service is crap. You knew I was on a tight timeline. It took 4 days to arrive in Rome from Amsterdam. I was in Italy for only a short time and didn’t manage to collect it. Now it is stuck in Italy and I am in Canada. You should have sent it will a professional courier, not some 3rd world company like DHL that doesn’t work on weekends in Europe because they have better things to do like drink cappuccino and talk nonsense.

I m disappointed.
Seat is not comfy , 3 positions are too distant , no support on sides , kid just lean our rather to left or right side.

I’m so obsessed with my new pram. It’s soo beautiful and practical. Can’t wait until my baby arrives so I can use it. It also got here in 2 days after ordering online, which was very impressive.

Perfect stroller for parents who travel a lot or live in a building with no elevator! small enough to fit even behind the car seat, but big enough for comfortable nap :)

The customer service at LeClerc is honestly one of the best I’ve ever experienced and I would be really encouraged to purchase from them directly because of this.

To add to the joy the Influencer stroller really is a phenomenon and the sand chocolate with rose gold is super chic.

Great quality and customer service. They are quick in responding, excellent trouble shooting strategies if needed and professional communication. The strollers are strong and live up to their reputation of being light and easy to fold and unfold.
Just one detail: on the website it states 24/7 customer service but apparently this is excluding the weekends and definitely not 24/7. It's more trustworthily to write down the actual working times of the help desk.

When me and my partner go shopping we usually split up to complete errands. With an adventurous 4 year old that is always on the go, a 2 year old that wants to always sit in the buggy and a new born, we have have started taking 2 separate buggies with us. We have thought about purchasing a double buggy but never have gotten round to it. I always thought wouldn’t it be better if we had something that could connect the 2 buggies together and disconnect so when me and my partner separate. A few months later I came across LeClerc from a reel/ad on instragram of 2 buggies being connected by the twin connector and I was ecstatic to see this was an actual product!

I looked online and was even more chuffed that the twin connectors were for the magic fold plus buggy and it had won a gold award for 2021!

I still was considering it as we still had 2 buggy’s and there wasn’t really much of a need to buy 2 new buggy’s as we would have just carried on with what we had but as our 4 year old was turning 5 and wanted to go zoo for his birthday I knew he would always run off. This meant it was me that had to always push 2 buggies whilst the father had to chase after him. The idea of a double buggy was appealing but it’s the car boot space that concerned me. So I decided that I’d possibly have another baby so thought I’d go ahead and buy 2 of the magic fold and twin connectors and 100% I do not regret my decision at all!

I decided to purchase the buggy on the Sunday but had trouble finding the twin connectors online (that was the main selling point - if I couldn’t get the twin connectors I would not purchase the 2 buggy’s as there would be no need) but saw in the website you could message on WhatsApp. I got a very quick response! They offered to ship it first thing in the morning on Monday and even said they would pop in a little gift for my little one, very kind of them!

Come Monday morning I’ve already called all the UK shops / retailers and none of them had the Magic fold plus in stock (only the influencer, the twin connectors shows that it’s for the MF plus model and it was the MF plus model that won the gold award) and online retailers said 5-10 days delivery so I wouldn’t have received my buggy’s until after Thursday which was when we needed them for. I emailed and again had a quick friendly response from Catrin who said that they can ship direct from Netherlands as fast as they could (couldn’t guarantee delivery Thursday which was understandable as they use third party couriers)

What I would say about the website was everything was in euro currency, I tried to Google the website UK and it was the same but Catrin emailed a link that I could order and see everything in GB pound. So best to email to find the correct link to purchase your order.

I didn’t get confirmation of dispatch from the courier until Wednesday so was kind of assuming that it wouldn’t be delivered in time which was a little disheartening.

Come Thursday we were just leaving to go Zoo and the parcel just arrived! It was quick to open and all that was needed doing was popping on the wheels. I thought there was an issue with one of the twin connectors (you get 3 parts in a pack) so luckily I knew to purchase 2 as I know we would probably loose a piece and I like to have back up especially if I want to reuse for another baby, so I took one from my other pack.

You need to get in the hang of opening the buggy but still very easy, the buggies are easy to manoeuvre and it was a godsend to use at the Zoo! I love the fact we can split up and have a buggy each so it meant we both could shop and shove things in the buggy baskets when shopping alone. None of the fact the dad would walk off with the 2 sons and be like “oh your water is with mummy who’s got the buggy and baby”. As predicted my son ran off to the elephants and dad ran off with him but I was able to connect and push the 2 buggy’s together. I went with my sister who had a double buggy (3 wheels with one seat infront of the other) and if I had to compare I think mine was a lot easier to turn.

A slight con - I’ve bought a buggy hook as they are handy to hang bags but as the buggies were so light it’s a lot easier for the buggies to tip (compared to our Recaro Citylife stroller which was sturdier - but also heavier). But I still love the fact that the MF plus is so light! The Citylife was sturdier but put a little more strain on my back when putting in car boot. Also as I could disconnect the 2 buggies it gives us more flexibility when moving things in the boot for more space. Or it can be folded up together.

Aftercare: Excellent! Was afraid that I’d get left in the dark after making the purchase but not the case at all! Still got very quick response and you feel valued as a customer. Catrin reassured me the twin adapters were meant to be like that and did not affect safety

Fast and transparent delivery. We are loving the Leclerc magicfold as our new travel buggy. Lightweight, mobile, stable and easy to fold

We've bought Influencer to replace Nuna Mixx (which is very cool, but baby didn't like it too much, and, more important, it's quite heavy - can't easily take it into car-less trip).
The stroller is just awesome. It’s light, very well-built and looking great. The “pink gold” finish doesn’t look cheap - like it often does on other products. It’s easy to steer it with just one hand. And most important, the little one enjoyed (or, well, at least didn’t protest too much against) being in it.
I'm very satisfied.

This is an outstanding stroller and we are so glad to have sold our Babyzen Yoyo2 to buy this. The one-touch fold is life-changing! I no longer worry about going out alone with the baby and not finding an elevator because I can easily take out the baby, carry him in one hand and fold the stroller with the other, then take the escalator/ stairs. With Yoyo2 it was impossible as I needed two hands to fold down the canopy before bending to reach under the stroller for the switch to fold.

Another big plus is the flat recline, again, this was not possible with the Yoyo2 so baby had to nap sitting (bad for his neck); I am so glad our baby can now nap comfortably lying flat. I also love the the mesh window on the canopy which gives me good visibility of the baby.

We also found that the wheels suspension is better and smoother/ requires less effort when navigating the stroller compared to Yoyo2.

I also love that the stroller comes complete with cup holder, rain cover stroller bar and foot rest; all the items which I had to buy separately for the Youo2. In terms of accessories, it is worth getting the matching diaper bag because it looks amazing and it is feather-light, something any mom would appreciate.

Last but not least, the after sales service of Leclerc is impressive. I had an issue and their team personally reached out to me and resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner.

You will not regret buying this stroller, and wait for the admiring glances from other moms at kindergarten when they see how you fold your stroller with one magic touch!
