Nice, prompt, professional replacement of tea kettle
Looks like the US Le Creuset site has been getting some bad reviews. My personal experience with Le Creuset (Canada) has been quite good, even during the pandemic. Bought a $130 tea kettle from them several years ago, and discovered that a few small pieces of enamel on the bottom inside chipped off and rusted. These kettles have a lifetime or 5 year warranty (depending on the country). Contacted customer service by email. They responded in a few days that they'd offer a replacement, provided a shipping label, I sent it back, and within two weeks received a replacement kettle. They were professional, relatively prompt, and quite nice--and though I hadn't kept the purchase receipt, honored their warranty.
