For YEARS I have had two very large sets of le creuset cast iron they were fantastic I only gave them away because I could not handle the weight anymore!
My husband spent thousands on large sets of triple stainless steel which are ok and also bought the same in non stick NOW every single time I use them I feel angry and sick to my stomach at the ABSOLUTE shameful trash they are they are EVERYTHING BUT a non stick pan calling them EXPENSIVE garbage is NOT strong enough in my description of them!!!!

'lifetime warrenty' is a false claim
'lifetime warrenty' is a false claim. We have a pan that for some reason lost it's non stickiness. We sent it over under warrenty and they got it back to saying 'we had to clean it beter'. Obviously we know how to clean a pan, will never buy from le crueset again.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! It has been over a month since I have been trying to return this item for a refund. Customer service does not exist, they have not responded to my emails, they do not answer calls. I would caution anyone against buying from their online store!
I returned this item using my own label as advised by them, the parcel was returned to sender and it took weeks before I received it back. I asked them what would happen if the parcel was lost, they said they wouldn’t be able to help me and I would need to contact the carrier because I sent the parcel. So all the responsibility is on the customer because you are forced to use your own label. You would need to bare the loss it seems.
I want to send the item back again and am waiting for the full and accurate info in order to do so, I called them and got through once, they did not apologise for the delay in response, they did not acknowledge or apologise for the terrible experience thus far, and they did not provide any solution, they hung up on me and did not answer any calls thereafter. I am still stuck with this item I do not want or need, and without my money.
Please do not buy from their online store!!! Avoid the headache and loss.
I'm terribly disappointed with the customer service.
I recently purchased a baking dish from Le Creuset because i wanted to make a good impression over Christmas. Unfortunately, the piece arrived broken. I contacted the company stating that I would like a replacement for Christmas. I never heard from Le Creuset team, which is extremely disappointing, as it is an expensive purchase. I recently resent the email. Again, I never heard back, except a standard message saying that they are too busy, please be patient. Fair enough, but I have't had acknowledgment of my case. Furthermore, there is NO customer service number available. I'm terribly disappointed with the customer service.
They ignore warranty claims
Really disappointing experience from what I thought was a premium brand. Have a kettle that has failed within the warranty period. Emailed with photos and receipt and get the very aggressive auto reply of “don’t email again it’ll just reset your queue”. Waited the ten day so had to email again and no response 4 weeks later.
Seems they are just ignoring warranty emails. Won’t be buying any of their stuff again (and I have loads!)
The guarantee is a fraud even after one year they are ignoring customers complaints. Quality down, customer service non existent…
Like others on here I feel the quality that Le Creuset was once know for (and is reflective in their prices) has gone down the pan…
I brought a full set of saucepans last year and the milk pan is peeling apart substantially. I’ve sent three emails and gallons of photos, filled in the required form, provided receipt and then deadly silence, a month has gone by and nothing despite chasing.
I have tons of their items but feel that I will look away from this brand if the customer service is anything to go buy. They could tell us the pans guarantee is a million years as quite frankly if anything does become faulty they just ignore you!
My case reference is CAS-256953-T4J2G3 so I will update this review if and when I get a reply so you can see what effort they make which so far has been poor.
Save money, they don’t seem worth the price and are clearly happy to overcharge for poorer quality items now.

After being promised a new pan from Lesley and the team. 3 weeks later and still waiting. No one picks up the phone or replies to emails. They promised to replace my Roasting pan and I sent it back. Really poor service

Mixed reviews
We bought a set of 3 pots and one saucepan, they are supposedly non stick. I have an induction hob and we love that le creuset sells cookery products that suit my hob. But we didn’t buy directly from them it was from a different vendor who sells them. Now for some reason the non stick of the pots and sauce pan started to peel off to the point that the inside was disintegrating like it was so bad cooking food resulted in some of the non stick film coming off and going into the food. I have babies and l can’t be feeding them food that’s got pot film or coating whatever it’s called. So l contacted customer service and the process was very LONG, needing to provide pictures, how l cook with them and how l wash them and at what temperature. After doing that they sent over 3 pots which l was happy about, now when l tried to reach out to them about the pan going through the same thing they didn’t want to know. NO ONE has even bothered to pick up the email and try to resolve the issue at hand, it’s really disappointing for a well known brand to be so shady and have poor customer service like that. It’s been months since l emailed about the sauce pan and still nothing, I’m having to pick up the peeling parts out and it’s obviously not non stick now cause the pot is literally in a bad state.

We had cause to contact them with a warranty claim for 3 pans. In this day and age with scamming companies offering non existent warranties. It is a reassuring and a breath of fresh air that Kay and Katy honoured our claim without fuss or quibble.
We have a couple more items to buy and they can be assured of our continued support. Thank you
I love the products and the aesthetics…
I love the products and the aesthetics of them but was always hesitant due to the high price tag. I picked up a baking dish from TK Maxx (discontinued colour) which broke in two. Jordan honoured the 10 year warranty on stoneware and allowed me to pick a piece from the current collection. It’s safe to say I have purchased a few pieces since as this makes it more than worth the price. Thank you
Le Creuset have gone over and above…
Le Creuset have gone over and above expectations with their lifetime warranty for the TNS saucepans, replacing a frying pan which had (eventually) lost its non-stick nature. Jordan from customer service was excellent in all respects and I couldn't recommend mor highly.

Wow, what customer service! My three year old frying pan had become non-stick. I emailed Le Creuset who asked for pictures and details and I thought nothing more. Today though was a brand new pan waiting on my doorstep. I have never experienced such excellent, considerate, understanding, responsive customer service, ever! Would not hesitate in buying Le Creuset products. Absolutely brilliant.

We have had our le creuset kettle for about 4 years and the whistle broke, so on calling le creuset for a replacement whistle I was told they don’t do spare parts, and the very helpful lady offered to send us a new replacement kettle as a goodwill gesture as long as I sent photos of the broken kettle/whistle, and true to her word 1 week later a brand new kettle arrived. Have to say thank you and well done brilliant service. Mr G Harper
