lowest or even minus ranking on Ledcor service
Few years ago, to help Bell business growth we had agreed with bell to build their network line in our front property grass field, and bell promised to rebuild our front grass with bell's partner Ledcor company. However, the Ledcor did very poor work by digging a very large hall and re-filled with too much stones/sands and very thin soils, so grasses can never survive well. when contacted Ledcor Superintendent Brandon Winch several times who actually did the very bad work for the issue, each time we had to spent too much times to explain and pointed out the issue, He first tried not to come and lied us that he did the recover work before snow and we cannot see his work because of snow covered the work. But when snow was melted and can see he did nothing! We had contacted him again for the fact, he had to come next Spring and re-built grass. We have told him that he may have to remove a lot stones out from the big hole in order to build grass to survive, otherwise, grass will be like “build grass in sand”, he told us that he is a professional and grass should be able to survive forever. Now, our foreseeing has been proven that none of grass would be able to survive in the hot summer. When contacted Brandon for the issue, then he just uses the warranty is only for 1 year and is over as an execute, refused to come. Finally, we have to spend our money and did a lot of labor work to remove a lot of sands out, then re-filled with good soils and re-plant grasses by ourselves.
As an experience learned, we should never trust Ledcor on their services and neither what you were told by them. they have not treated their words very seriously! They just want to earn big and quick money, and do nothing or lie as much as possible. They are not professional both in technique and in service attitude!
