they force u to give a reason for cancellation and they're not even allowing me to cancel even after giving them my reason.

Same problem as others. Auto renew was turned on and I was charged £150. Emailed them for a refund but they would not give it.

These guys shouldn’t exist on the digital space. They make the world worse with their presence. I wish I had read these reviews before I registered for their trial. They charged me for a premium membership that I didn’t bargain for last year, as if that was not enough they charged me again this year. I contacted them while the transaction was still pending in my account and they refused to refund but offered me extra one year of the same old sh*t. You can get better information from YouTube or using AI apps. This is a scamming organization in business of swindling unsuspecting students. Avoid them like a plague.

It is an online medical school!
I am a physician and consider their lectures way better than the average lecture I had in the medical school I graduated from. Kudos to Lecture

Everyone please read these reviews Lecturio has questionable billing practices and they are not honest about them. I bought a 2 year membership last year Feb 2023 which I am keeping. They renewed my membership again on purpose this year on Jan 2 2024 for another $149 US dollars and my current two year membership is still active until next year. They will fight with you over refunds and they are simply not honest. They are not that good anyway. The lectures are not simplified at all and they should be medical school instructors. They use big words and they are no help! DO NOT BUY! Go with other companies that are honorable and honest. These people are 100% dishonest. Please reach out to me if you have any questions. Customer service needs major improvement. I’ve canceled my premium membership and they still charged me and giving me literal hell to get my refund!!! I’ve emailed several times their customer really needs an in service.

they send a link for 20% discount i payed and they still charged me the original amount for 3 month’s subscription as well

I purchased a yearly subscription in 2021. in 2022, payment declined. I was not willing to use Lecturio cause I think its not worth it. 2 days ago, they suddenly renewed my subscription and charged me like 150€. so I email them, but instead of giving my money back they give me 425 extra days like are you kidding me I said I don't want to use the app. Plus they say they have money back guarantee in 10 days and its only been 2 days.

Avoid Amboss is better value and overall has better content.

I’ve had nothing but issues with Lecturio. The content seems like it was created over 20 years.

As described by other reviewers, beware! I dropped out of my program and didn't realize I had auto renew enabled. Lecturio refused a refund on the same billing day for an entire year subscription! Terrible customer service and business strategy. Very disheartening. No email reminder about billing cycle. Make sure you read the fine print.

If I could give zero stars I will. This company seems very sketchy. I subscribed for the 30$ a month, then I wanted to cancel my subscription and it didn’t work. I tried and tried to cancel but instead they continued to try to charge my account. And then today, some money which I decided to keep in my account I had realized that they charged $74 instead of $30. I don’t understand at all. This is a fraudulent company, I am just a college student trying to survive and living by paychecks and here is a company trying to exploit students. I just want my refund. I want my money back.

Please do not purchase Lecturio! First they do not have all the content you need yes they are updating but for the price you need everything now! Secondly, they only give you three days to see if it will work for you. Third if you decide it doesn’t work for you and you cancel they do not refund your money!!!!! You will not be refunded!!!! So proceed with caution! Finally, yes there’s more! They don’t give you access to what you have paid for! Sound illegal doesn’t it. Also the reason you don’t see bad reviews on their site is because once you click the rating they will not allow to post. You will get some type of bogus message that the user name you have chosen is already taken .Don’t do it you have been warned!!!!!

I initially paid for the Premium service and for 3 months used it. The content is fine and the app works well.
However, after another few months of not using Lecturio (meanwhile my credit card has expired), I wanted to renew my membership and start learning again. I choose the 3 month plan which is advertised for around $34 for non-authenticated users. For my renewal options it was actually $52. I thought the lower price is only for new users and proceeded to pay. All the way on payment details the number was $52 until I got the actual bill and I saw I was charged $262.

Worse customer support. I’ve been waiting for a week but none of them revert back to me nor resolve my issue And it’s pertinent to mention. I had bought their yearly plan

Great platform for medical students. The website has literally everything you need to do well on exams.
