Competitive yet exceptional.

I am fairly new customer with two orders made and oh boy have I been difficult. On first order I wanted to make changes to it right as they were shipping it. I called and they literally went to stop the shipping from happening on the phone. Order cancelled and then I was able to make a new one.

Second order, I take whole bunch of stuff now that I trust them yet one product comes broken from factory (nothing they could do about it). This product is very large so it cant be returned easily via UPS or such without costing a lot. After my reclamation with refund request I get voucher to cover the cost of the product and dont need to ship it back.

I am very impressed by the level of customer service and recommend led-grower.eu from bottom of my heart. Better shop than any grow shop in my home country.

I bought som co2 bags with the description saying that I will last 1-4 months. Now max3 weeks in the bag is empty and the only thing I am being told is I have to contact det producent of the bags . .. I would recommend not using this place they don't take responsibility and from start try to tell you that it's you ho have don something wrong . I ask if the wanted som photos they ar not even interested in getting that so they can see that all is don correctly it is dissepointing.

I am not going to do what they ask . I just wanna tell you all be carful if you choose to buy from this site

Be aware ! Not even deserve 1star ! I bought growing led which shows in stock, after 5 days they send me an email that it is out of stock and will be back in stock in 2 weeks. than i asked for refund, been 7 days and still waiting for my 1500 euro refund. I’m giving them a 1 more day and then i will report them for scam/fraud to my bank and also mastercard creditcard issuer ! They think this is joke or something. Be aware of fake sellers like this.

I don't recommend buying from this shop. Terrible service and communication. I have made the order and payment for LED lamps (status was "Arriving soon)". I got the answer that they have sold out this model and offered to buy newer, more expensive model (old one is coming just in a few months), because they have it in stock, and after asking for a discount (because of this miss understaning) I was told that they will give 30 Eur discount for the next order. I have agreed. Later, just before making the next order, I asked the seller for the discount and I was told that they will give the code not for next order, but for next after next order. Communication was terrible - seller is arrogant and it's really hard to understand and interpret his answers. Seller allows to buy and pay for the products he don't have and doesn't take any responsibility. It looks like a very bad droppshipper or scammer. Why do you allow buying and paying for the products you don't have and after that don't take responsibility?

Ordered a 630w Cmh set from Lumatek. They replied immediately. Price’s are more than fair. Parcel was well packed but should be marked as “fragil” in my opinion. Confusing were the 2 Websites, Led-grower.eu and hotchilliz.ce. So I was really making sure not to get scammed here haha. In my opinion u guys should only use a single website with a section of different languages, and a possibility to pay via google, apple pay or pay pal would be useful too. Just a friendly hint from entrepreneur to entrepreneur. Although, had a wonderful experience, parcel came within 3 days.( Czech - South east Austria) So I’ll definitely be back! You guys rock!
