We ordered Bundhosen and Dirndl. Bundhosen were perfect, and although the quality was good with the dirndl it was smaller only in the bust than expected. Take the advice of one size larger for bust size that I did not heed. Good advise. The company eventually was able to get this corrected and all is well.

Sizing was accurate, pricing was good and shipping was fast. When I ran into an issue because I ordered the wrong size customer support was quick and professional resolving my issue quickly.

This store is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Determining my size was difficult- I purchased female lederhosen. They never sent any shipping info when the order was sent, it was left in dhl custody forever. Dhl contacts you in a way that seems like they are scammers . They did offer to refund half of the tariffs I received… which didn’t help much because I had ordered the item for a specific event and didnt receive it in time. When i finally did receive the item it didn’t fit. When I contacted them, they said they don’t take returns. But they offered me 55% off a new item. Why would I spend more money at this company? I don’t want lederhosen that don’t fit…. Its leather… its not easily altered. 10/10 don't recommend.

Do not buy from this company. If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are not a reputable company. They are based in Pakistan so a duty must be paid upon delivery to the US. They do not honor a return policy even when sending an incorrect item. The size of the “free” shirt with the drndl is laughable and could not be worn except by a very small child. They know this as they have a policy against replacement of the free shirt. The drndls are of very cheap thick ugly polyester fabric that will make any woman look HUGE. Terrible mistake to buy anything from them.

I have to say my experience with lederhosen store has been exceptional!! I ordered a lederhosen for and upcoming Germany trip and it was a little smaller than I thought it would be. I reached out via email and recieved an email back extremly quickly, offering and exchange. They were extremely friendly and accommodating!! Would order from again!

Fantastic quality clothing! This is not cheap AMZ or Temu garbage. Real leather and real cotton! My gf and I were some of the best dressed this year and looking forward to many more Oktoberfests!!

The customer service is top notch too! There was a small hangup with the delivery service and they helped me track it down and got it solved!

My item was too big for me and they have been very helpful and accommodating in getting a new size ordered on time for when I need it.

I ordered a drindl and size was too small than expected, also quality is poor. Anyways I tried to connect with their support via email and I figured out that I was talking to chat bot not a real support person. Chat bot was only asking me pre defined questions and not listening to real problem and everytime it replied in a new email thread which was so frustrating. After a long time it said that I will get a voucher code and with that I should be able to order a new dress with 20 bucks extra and I can keep the previous one as well, but first I have to give me the positive review. I gave the positive review and then what, no voucher code nothing heard back again. I tried to reach out alot of times but never got any response back.

We ordered 3 full Lederhosen that included the shirts and "suspenders". Didn't know they would be coming from Pakistan but that was ok. Once we received our package we noticed one of the lederhosen was missing the "suspenders". i reached out via email about the missing item and they responded right away- which kind of shocked me. They apologized for the oversight and promised to send them out right away. Like others i started receiving texts from DHL asking for shipping money. When i reached out to the email again they said not to worry just pay it and i could have the item that they forgot. Nope- wasn't going to do that when I had already paid out almost $500. They responded - how about we split it?! Nope- they said don't worry, just pay it and we will credit it back to you. AND THEY DID!! I was shocked once again!! So great job on customer service/response time but I am not giving this company 5 stars because i felt the whole thing was sketchy. Thankful we got our stuff - which seemed to be great quality.

I bought a high quantity dirndl from here. It didn’t fit quite right so I reached out to the support team for a quick turnaround exchange and they have been doing all they can to get me my correct size quickly. I appreciate how responsive they are!

Love the quality of the items and they feel great to wear. The shipment communication was also good making the process easy.
They have been very responsive dealing with one item that didn’t fit.

The Lederhosen Store should be more transparent about the origin of its shipments. They should advise that you will be required to pay duties. I received several phishy texts from DHL regarding a duty fee. I called DHL to confirm that it was this order and was advised that I had to pay $19.61 or the order would be returned. I wasn't even aware that the order was being sent from Pakistan. I almost ignored the text since I do not open links in texts. If I had not called DHL, the order that I paid a lot of money for and $24 in shipping.

Great prices, large selection, prompt shipping, and excellent quality products! Service team has always been very responsive and helpful whenever I have any questions or need assistance.

Good quality and shipment arrived on time. Good responsiveness from customer service. Happy with how things turned out.

Update:
So I was encouraged if I "would you be open to sharing a glowing review on Trustpilot?" for an additional credit toward my next purchase. I said sure, as they did get back quickly but I will adjust my review based on the end resolution. Well, got the coupon code and it was for $95 so in the end, I would be paying close to $300 dollars for 1 pair that did not fit and one that would maybe fit if I decided to purchase the second pair. I choose no because this is the second time in 5 years I have had the same offer. The first time the package got "lost" with DHL and I didnt get anything in the end. So buyer beware. Most of these lederhosen from these store come from Pakistan so you have to deal with delayed shipping, customs, and questionable return policies.

Ordered some lederhosen and the size was way off. It happens, but support was quick to respond and was willing to work out a solution. I will update my review once I have received the new lederhosen.

Lederhosen Store has phenomenal customer service. They're so helpful and respond swiftly. What's more is that the quality of their products is stunning. I am so happy I chose them and I can't wait to showoff my lederhosen at Oktoberfest!
