Genuinely couldn't believe it from a small company - ordered at 14.30 and was dispatched by 15.15. Arrived recorded 2 days later by 2nd class as promised. They were the cheapest by far on the Internet for what I was looking for. Also had a small handful of freebies in the package so can't fault their customer service. Will definitely be back!

Bought a Fenix RC40 after a demo of several torches. Charlie is a knowledgeable and friendly chap, overall received excellent customer service and support from their team. I am very pleased with my eagletac p20c2 torch. It's fit and finish is superb, is extremely bright and has a very sturdy pocket clip. The Ledfiretoxhes service was exceptional and my package arrived a day earlier than I expected. Will definitely be buy from them again and recommending them

I had trouble paying for an item due to my ipad browser not loading the page. A couple of hours later Charlie from LedFireTorches UK sent me an email asking if they could help with my order, having noticed I had made repeated attempts to pay. He also wanted to make me aware that they were going on holiday the next day, so if you needed an order to be sent it was today or in a few weeks when they came back. I finally ordered the items at about 16:00 UK time. I noticed my email had a message within half an hour stating my items had been dispatched. As I said before this is the fastest service I have seen. So, many congratulations to everybody involved. I have not received the items yet, but I am so impressed I had to write now.
Quick update (19/04/14). Items were just delivered to my house after two days and at Easter time. Items were as advertised and work fine. Beat that.

The Li-Ion-batterycharger came with free additional spacers, which significantly improves the usability : hard to find elsewhere.
